~Faye's POV~

I was standing around, watching people enjoying my birthday party. I talked to people here and there, those who wished me happy birthday and those who were just there to party. I wasn't the type who struggled with social situations so I tried to interact with people, but there was so many and I was so new that it still felt hard to fit in. I spent most of the time with Vixen who was the same type as me personality-wise.

"Hey, I have to go soon." Vixen said, looking at the time. "Are you going to be okay?"

"Of course." I nodded. "Why wouldn't I be?"

"I know how overwhelming this all seems." She said. "I've been there before. But you get used to it, and the quicker you mingle with everyone, the better."

"I don't mind mingling." I told her with a chuckle.

"Good." She said, standing up. "I better here about your mingling when I talk to people."

I snickered at my closest, and really only friend thus far, in Royal Colors.

"I'll be fine." I told her. "Have fun at your interview."

"Thanks." She smiled and we waved goodbye as I watched her and the other promoters leave.

I took a deep breath before falling into the crowd, trying to find people to mingle with. I stood by the ping pong table, watching twins Kaoru and Hikaru go head to head against Chewy and Barae when someone tapped my shoulder. I looked over to see Changwoo.

"New guests arrived." He told me then pointed towards the practice room doors.

I looked to see the members of Asteria standing by the front looking around. I gasped with excitement before running over to them.

"Sunbaenims!" I exclaimed, wanting to hug my friends whom I competed with in PINKSTAR.

"Happy Birthday Chingyi!" Miao exclaimed as she hugged me tight. One by one, they each hugged me and wished me a happy birthday.

"Thanks guys." I said with a heartwarming smile.

"This place is crazy." Jisoo said, still in shock of everyone.

"Yeah, this is every birthday." I said, looking around myself.

"Woah~" Danya said in awe. "That's like 50 days out of the year!"

"Give or take." I replied. "We have some repeats."

"Oh yeah, lots of twins in RC I heard." Siani questioned.

I nodded then changed the subject. "Are you guys here to stay?!"

"Of course." July said. "We didn't want to miss it."

I couldn't help but smile again.

"Come on then!" I said, grabbing Hyerin's arm since she was the closest to me. "I'll show you where everything is."

The Asteria members all followed me and I couldn't help but feel special that they came to see me. We spent months competing against each other that now I just wanted to share everything with them, even if we were in different groups.
