~Michael's POV~

It was towards the end of the day and the party was officially over as many of the members went home early to catch Music Bank since it was the final day of Inverness' promotions. Meanwhile, some of us stayed to clean up the practice room, myself included. I was picking up trash when Jane came over to help me.

"You know you don't have to stay to clean up YOUR birthday party, right?" Jane said.

"It's not just mine." I corrected her. "It was Bunny's too."

"And do you see her staying to help?" Jane raised a brow, proving her point.

I rolled my eyes, a smile not leaving my lips as I was talking to my crush.

"Well I wanted to stay and help." I said.

"I'm glad you did." She said.

I looked over at her to see her biting her lip, glancing at me before going back to what she was doing. Was she flirting with me?

"Oh, you are, huh?" I replied, flirting back.

"Yeah, I am." She said. "Just like I'm glad you joined RC."

"And why is that?" By this point I had moved closer to her while still picking up trash.

"Because it means I get to see you more." She replied.

I was a bit shocked at how blunt she was at this point. "Are you flirting with me?"

"So what if I am?" She looked up at me, a wide smirk on her face.

I scoffed. "I'd flirt back, then maybe ask you out on a date."

"And maybe I'd say yes." She said. "Who knows?"

At this point, we were only inches apart, looking at one another. I wanted to lean in and kiss her but that would go against my morals. I'm too gentlemanly to kiss someone without going on a date first.

"Go out with me then." I said, clearing my throat and stepping back, going back to picking up the trash.

"Okay, you tell me when and where and maybe I'll agree." She said, then walked away.

I scoffed, smiling to myself. She was somewhat playing hard to get which I don't tend to like in girls. As someone who is forward about his feelings, I didn't like when girls were the opposite. But with Jane, it was different. I liked her too much and I felt like she liked me too. This was a good sign and I could finally plan the perfect date without worrying about our schedules getting in the way.

~Sungmin's POV~

"Royal Colors on standby!" The Music Bank staff called out.

The girls and us all looked at one another.

"Let's go cheer." Blue said to me.

I nodded and the boys all followed me as I followed Blue and the girls over to the stairs leading to the stage. I guess Blue and I were like the designated leaders for the current groups.

We all put our hands in, making one giant cheer circle.

"I know it's been a short promotions but we had a lot of fun. And we got to spend it with new people this time." Blue started the cheer. "Let's look forward to what new experiences we each have in the future, whether it's together or separate."
