Next on the agenda was a trip to Gringotts. Severus had decided last night to set up an account for Dudley, so that he couldn't try and steal any of Harry's when he grew older, which Severus knew that unless something changed drastically, he most definitely would. Therefore, Severus knew that the best idea would be to get him an account of his own, and each month, Severus had reluctantly decided that when he got his wages, he would put five galleons into both Harry and Dudley's accounts, so they would both have lots of money in the future, and neither would feel left out (although Harry had been left an absolute fortune by his parents). Whilst he was there, he withdrew some money from his own account, so that they could continue their shopping without having to return for at least another few weeks.
Finally, they left Diagon Alley to go to the park. This was because Severus knew that Harry and Dudley would need somewhere they could play about freely, and since his house was too small to do so without risking them getting hurt, the park was the next best thing.
