Severus woke up nice and early, feeling eager to share one of the few highlights of his childhood with Harry and Dudley. He went into their room, pulled them from their cribs, and sat them both down at the table for breakfast.
To start the day off with a bang, he pulled out some pancake mix from the cupboard and enchanted the stove to create four pancakes - two for himself; one for Harry; and one for Dudley. He summoned syrup, orange juice, a bowl of sugar, and some fruits, such as strawberries, to set atop the table.
Once the pancakes were ready, he put syrup on each of them, then they all munched away, sipping on orange juice as they ate, and once they'd finished them, Severus divided up the fruit between them so that they could all dip it in syrup and sugar as they ate it.
Once they had all finished their breakfast, it was time to get ready for the day. Severus dressed Harry in a white t-shirt with blue shorts, and dressed Dudley in the same, but with yellow shorts. Both wore a sunhat to match their shorts, then Severus placed them both in the pushchair, each with their individual toys, enchanted so that they couldn't fall out.
Severus then quickly packed a bag with everything they'd need, before heading out.
