"Okay there's one thing I don't get" I said making all eyes turn to me
"We found them, we sent people out to follow them and they disappeared yet again? I didn't want to say this but we've been on this guys ass for way too long now so, which one of you is the spy?"

"What spy would admit to being a spy?" Raven asked making me squint

"It's you isn't it" I said as her eye found mine

"Yes, I'm the spy" she said making everyone chuckle

"Did you question them?" Obsidian asked Issac who nodded his head

"I assumed it'd be Kimberly since well, she has a very bold personality"

"Aka, she sleeps around a lot" Dominic said before falling over from being shot in the shoulder by his boss

"It's may be true but that doesn't mean I want to hear about it, she's still my daughter, don't forget that" Issac said

"I'm sorry sir"

"Anyway, I found out it wasn't her then turn to David, he is in the clear and that left only one person who would gain from my downfall, Natasha. It feels too obvious though"

"Or it could really be her and we are questioning everything now because of how smart the person who's backing Devon is" Obsidian said rendering all of us silent for a good three minutes before Issac broke the silence

"Ay, are you dead?" he asked as all of us looked at Dominic who was still on the floor but the man in question only slowly stood up with a confused expression on his face

"I know I'm not as intelligent as any of you here but, what if we're looking too hard into all of this. What if there isn't anyone backing him and it's all him and that woman, what if his intel on our progress is just a simple bug planted in this very room that we use to talk about everything because he knows this is the only room we all consider safe to speak" he said making everyone just stare at him.

I couldn't help seeing the brut in a different light and also can't believe we all never considered that possibility or did consider it, but never thought it be possible.

"If that is true, then the bug should have been placed way before we started looking into him because I changed who had access to the door to just dad and I" Obsidian said making Dominic nod and leave to probably get stitched up

"When you went to go see him, was there a moment when he could have placed a bug on you?" Issac asked making her sigh and close her eyes

"I walked in, took off my shoes and my jacket-fuck, he sat with the jacket next to my jacket when we spoke" she said making me tilt my head in confusion

"Okay, but if he placed the bug on you then how would he have known it would fall off when you entered this office. It's not like the bug could have grown legs or something" I said then watched my girl scratch the back of her neck
"The bug has legs ,doesn't it?"

"It was something I made for spying on other people, he unfortunately had access to them" she said smiling sheepishly making Issac tsk

"I told you that shit wasn't good"

"You just found them weird cause your scared of spiders" Obsidian said making Issac shrug

"Anyone who isn't scared of spiders is an idiot" he said making us chuckle as Raven left the room. We talked about what to eat for dinner as lunch was currently being made in the kitchen, while waiting for Raven to get back, why, I also don't know so we'll find out together.
