"Easy... easy..." At the Louvre. People are watching displays at the Egyptian gallery. Alim Kubdel and two other workers are moving a framed papyrus.
In another section of the museum, Marinette draws a statue of a past Miraculous holder, while Alya takes photos of the paintings. You are just drawing your favorite anime and it happens to be Duel Monsters that Pegasus created.
"There's gotta be more. We just need to find the seals of the Guardians. There!" Alya takes another photo zooms in on it, revealing a seal.
You stare at a painting of the Ancient European Rabbit Miraculous holder. "So...this European woman is a Miraculous user..."
"Of the rabbit, obviously." Alya shrugs.
Marinette looks around. "Miraculous holders are always pictured solo, but there had to have been some love stories between some of them. A Ladybug and a Cat Noir in love, it must've happened at some point, right?"
"Or maybe they just focused on the job and kept their lovey-dovey stuff out of their superhero lives, like you should. Preferably with a boy you've been in love with for a long time who's finally interested in you? Does a certain Adrien ring any bells? Kinda like Vanitas and (Y/n) already starting their love story." Alya frowns.
You scoff and Marinette denies it all. " Oh no, no way! Being in love with Adrien has brought me nothing but trouble. Never again! Tikki, it must've happened in the past. A Ladybug in love with a Cat Noir."
Tikki nodded. "Well, yes, but... there was no evil Monarch intent on stealing their Miraculous back then."
"So... things were going on between them?"
"Oh... I don't know much about romance, you know? Maybe it would be best if you asked her yourself."
"Can we do that?"
"Yes, Marinette, with your Kwagatama." Marinette recalls Tikki giving her a Kwagatama back in "Befana", then takes it off her neck and shows it to you and Alya.
Alya gasps. "Scoop! There's a way to talk to Miraculous holders of the past?"
"Just touch the seal with your Kwagatama and say "reunion"!" You demonstrate and the three look to you in awe. "Eternal's whispering in my head, I'm use to this by now."
Alya looks around from behind a corner. "There's no one there. We're good to go."
Marinette walks up to the statue she was drawing previously. Her Kwagatama lights up, frightening her. She backs off and accidentally knocks the ancient Rabbit Miraculous holder's painting off the wall, triggering the museum's alarm. A sealed letter is revealed to be hidden on the back side of the painting. Mr. Kubdel and his co-workers run to the room.
You pick up the letter. "What's this?"
"It looks like it was hidden here hundreds of years ago. And it's addressed to... Alim Kubdel?" Marinette examines.
Upon hearing the footsteps of the workers, you hide the letter behind your back. The painting is quickly placed back on the wall by one of the men.
"What happened here?" Alim asked.
"A letter for you, sir." You give it to him.
Alim dusts off the envelope, opens it and starts reading the letter inside. "Ah, finally!"
"Photos... but that's impossible, photography hadn't been invented yet." Alya stated.
"It's news from my daughter!"
"From Alix?" You, Marinette and Alya gasp in unison.
{~With Vanitas~}
Gabriel is preparing food while Vanitas, Adrien and Nathalie sit at the table. Vanitas' phone suddenly rings. "Mr. Kubdel got a letter from Alix."
