"No! You should've let me go after him!" said Kya, crossing her arms as she paced around. Katara sighed.
"What if you were taken as well?" retorted Katara.
"I wouldn't! I could've⎯⎯ I could've done something! anything!" said Kya.
"You wouldn't have been able to do anything, Kya!" replied Katara emphasizing her words as she flailed her arms around, and Kya knew she was right and so she grunted out of annoyance and stood next to Katara who was standing near the entrance.
Aang had gone out to find him and it had been a while now. Kay-Fon walked up behind them, he felt guilty that he'd ask for their help, it felt as if it were his fault that their friend had gotten kidnapped by the spirit.
"I'm sure they'll be back," Kay-Fon said, trying to reassure them.
Katara nodded, her voice wavering slightly, "I know."
Kay-Fon placed a blanket around both her and Kya. "You should get some rest."
"Thank you," Kya said softly, her voice tinged with exhaustion.
Katara turned to Kya, hugging her tightly. "Everything's going to be okay..."
Kay-Fon, trying to remain optimistic, added, "Your brother is in good hands. I would be shocked if the Avatar returned without him."
