"Family member of Soh Raekii?"

Hearing the doctor Taehyung quickly looked up, his broken self pulled his legs hurriedly to the green-masked man.

"Y-Yes?" His voice came out shaking.

"Operation is successful. Both of them are out of danger. But the mother and the baby both are very weak." He took a pause. "The child is underweight.....and congratulations, you have a baby girl."

"What a-about Raekii?"

"She is unconscious now. She is weak and needs care. You can meet her after she gains her consciousness. We'll transfer her to the cabin, and the baby will be kept in the 'special care unit' as she's premature." The doctor finished and patted his shoulder before leaving that place.

He saw them taking the unconscious woman to her bed. He was left speechless as she looked as if she was tired from fighting with death.

He was pulled out of his trance when he saw a warning signboard which mentioned 'police'.

He quickly took his leave reminding the work that was left......

A figure was standing outside the door of her cabin when Raekii gradually parted her eyelids, flickering it later to abide with the bright light.

The first ever thing she experienced was shivering. Her body was shivering badly without feeling cold. The thing that happens only after one particular act.

She roamed her irises around the room weakly trying to recognize the unfamiliar surroundings. Her eyes gazed the transparent glass wall at her right just to find a room attached to hers, painted in blue LED light. A baby was kept in a heater, inside the room.

It took her no time to make out that she was in a hospital.

Soon a sharp pain hit her lower region indicating the one possible reason for it to happen...

She was operated.

Was that baby- ?

Her eyes widened as tears of emotion began to form in them. She became a mother and the happiness that fact gave her took over the extreme pain of fresh cuts.

But the question was, who took her there? Was it-

Her thoughts turned tangled when the sound of door knob hit her eardrums. A nurse was seen entering the room which was filled with the smell of medicine.

Seeing her conscious the person smiled, "How are you feeling now?" She asked.

"Better." Raekii replied in short.

The nurse helped in rising the bed a bit so that she was half seated then.

"Here, dear, you have to take it." The nurse handed her a glass of water. "Take small sips." She advised.

After Raekii had gulped a bit of it down, the other let it rest in the counter as she proceeded to inject a medicine in the saline channel.

"Thank- you f-for the water." She couldn't speak properly cause of weakness.
