The next morning Jay was woken up by kisses being dragged across her back "Bon dia Ale, did you sleep okay?".
"Si carino, I always sleep well with you here" as she continued to kiss her.
"What time is it?".
"8:30".
"Shit!" bellowed Jay as she jumped out of bed almost falling over the pile of clothes they had left there last night.
"What is it?" asked Alexia confused.
"I have therapy in twenty minutes".
"Lo siento mi amor", "it's not your fault I didn't tell you" as she placed a kiss on the Spanish midfielders lips.
"It's at the Stadium do you want to come?".
"Si Bebe if you want me to?".
"Of course, anyway I want to use the pool there later and I think you should too".
"Amor I hate the pool" groaned Alexia defeatedly.
"Alexia Putellas Segura, i love you but you need to use the pool otherwise I'll be your therapist forever and not just your girlfriend".
Alexia sat bolt upright and started rushing around to get ready leaving Jay laughing.
"Besides your present has been delivered to the stadium so I need to get it".
Alexia's head poked around the door frame "present?".
Jay laughed at the sight, "yes ale I got you a present for your recovery".
"Is it for both of us?" Alexia asked as she wiggled her eyebrows.
A pillow thrown at her head brought her out of her sexual thoughts.
"No idiot! It's not! It's for you to help you. You're always so horny".
"Only for you mi novia" and she winked and left the room again.

Ten minutes later they were both in the car, Jay sung loudly on the way and Alexia watched grinning at the sight of her carefree girlfriend.
Jay and Alexia parted ways when they arrived, Alexia joining her team mates in the gym and Jay heading to see her own therapist.
It was there she realised her mistake, in the rush this morning she forgot to take her tablets. The anxiety kicked in straight away, her mind was utter chaos. Every intrusive thought appeared in her brain at the same time. Therapy for her was a disaster as she had no filter and told her therapist exactly what was in her mind. She left feeling like an idiot.
She grabbed Alexias present from her office, which was her new recovery boots she had ordered to speed up the process and started to make her way to her car.
She planned on going home to get her medication when Patri spotted her.
"Jay, are you coming Alexia is waiting for you, are you okay?".
Jay was flustered and Patri had never seen her this way before.
"Pats I need to go home, I forgot to take my meds I cannot do Ales rehab like this".
"Amiga breathe it's fine she will understand".
"I can't be here like this" Jay felt vulnerable. She didn't want to embarrass Alexia at work infront of all her of colleagues and friends, so she ended the conversation there and then and scarpered.

Jay had just reached her car and was placing the box in the back when she heard her name being called and turned to see Alexia who had clearly walked quicker than she should of. Alexia approached her with a concerned look on her face and cupped Jays face in her hands "mi amor what's wrong?".
"I forgot to take my meds, I can't be here like this, I'm too weird without them what if I embarrass you?".
"Amor, breathe. Look at me. You could never embarrass me. I trust you and i love you and it will be okay. If you really need to go home and get them that's fine but I believe in you and I think you will be okay. I'm here you have got me. I won't leave you alone".
Jay calmed instantly at the touch and reassurance from the girlfriend.
"The pool is empty, do you want to do my exercises in there?" Jay looked up and nodded.
"And then I need to go home".
Alexia rubbed her thumb across Jays cheek "that's fine, amor listen to me you need to trust yourself. I trust you and I understand your anxiety behind it but you can do this".
Jay nodded again sheepishly making Alexia bring her into a hug as Jay gripped Alexias shirt tightly.
Alexia hated seeing Jay this vulnerable but vowed she would always support her when she was like this. She took Jays hand and led her back to the stadium, squeezing her hand gently as they made their way gently to the pool area.

Jay joined Alexia in the pool to help her really get the best results in her recovery. She was still anxious but put it to the back of her mind when assisting Alexia with her movements.
An hour or so had passed when Mapi appeared, "we're going to get coffee do you want to come?".
Alexia looked at Jay who was now calm and Jay nodded.
"Si Maps give us twenty minutes".
Jay and Alexia showered and they joined the team at the closest coffee shop, Alexia kept hold of Jays hand the entire time as Alexia had pre warned Mapi of the situation and Mapi advising the girls of it too to prevent any misunderstandings from occurring.

Jay spoke a lot with Aitana who she really enjoyed the company of, Aitana asked about Jays playing career and Jay happily explained it all before then spilling the beans on why she couldn't play anymore before realising she had said too much when she saw the girls face.
Jay excused herself and Alexia became concerned but Mapi decided to deal with it following Jay into the bathroom as she washed her face with cold water.
"Amiga breathe, you are okay. Everything is fine" as she approached her cautiously.
"Lo siento, I just really need my meds. I don't think before I speak without them".
"Shhhh you are okay, we are all family here we do not judge".
"But Aitana looked horrified" whispered Jay who now felt awful and felt she had passed the burden to the little Spanish midfielder.
"That's because it's horrifying! You have to talk about these things. You cannot keep it bottled up, we need to know so we can understand you better, it's fine. She was horrified because she cares about you".
Jay nodded and Mapi opened her arms allowing Jay to fall into her embrace.
"I do really need to take my meds though, there is so much going on in my head".
Mapi laughed "I feel you, that's what my head is like and I do not have adhd".

Jay rejoined everyone at the table and listened intently to their conversations but added very little, she was trying to decipher their Spanish word by word but they spoke so quickly it was difficult.
Keira looked as bemused as Jay and they quickly started laughing making up pretend conversations that the girls were having, the pair were as thick as thieves and quickly Jay felt relaxed and Alexia noticed but left it as she didn't want to draw attention to Jays now relaxed state.

One thing Jay did notice was the word "Ibiza" being thrown around a lot and planned on asking Alexia about it later.
It actually turned out to be a great afternoon and all the girls were happy that their captain was in a better state of mind since her injury occurred. Jay had left an impression on them all and based off of her friendship with Keira the girls knew she was cool too.
As they all parted ways Alexia took the time to take her girlfriend in, she was perfect to her and even though Jay had struggled today she still made time for everything Alexia asked of her and that was very important to her, no one had done that for her before.

Back at home Jay opted to not take her medication as it was quite late and she would take her normal dosage tomorrow morning. As her and Alexia climbed into bed Jay felt exhausted, her mind had been going a million miles an hour all day and now she was cuddled up to her girlfriend she passed out as she felt safe.
Alexia didn't even get the chance to say good night before she felt the rise and fall of her girlfriends chest, kissing her forehead and turning off the lamp before cuddling her deeply and feeling at peace.

The next morning Alexia woke up after Jay, she wandered into the kitchen followed by the living room to find it empty.
She went to pick up her phone before Jay came bundling through the door with a large box "bon dia amor, I left your present in my car last night".
"Bon dia amor, why are you sweating?".
Jay scratched her neck "I'm not ready to take the lift yet", "lo siento amor...".
"Baby don't apologise it's my own problem, it's not your fault" kissing her gently before Alexia shoved her away as she was so sweaty.
"Don't you love me?!" questioned Jay pretending to be hurt.
"Amor please you need to shower".
Alexia backed away from Jay and Jay proceeded to march towards her causing Alexia to squeal.
"AMOR LOVE ME!", Alexia started giggling as she jumped across the sofa.
"Bebe no please".
"ALEXIA PUTELLAS SEGURA LOVE ME!" and she came bounding over grabbing Alexia who could not escape and squealed like a girl throughout making Jay plaster kisses all over Alexias neck making her squeal more.
"Jay Bonita please get in the shower".
"Okay" and Jay scooped her up and carried her to bathroom turning the shower on and placing Alexia in fully clothed before standing back laughing her head off.
Alexia stood soaked before she grabbed Jays wrists pulling her in with her.
"Amor you are lucky i love you" placing a kiss on Jays lips.
"I am?".
"Si Bebe i love you so much".
"But not when I'm sweaty?".
"No no I like it when we're in bed together" wiggling her eyesbrows making Jay laugh.
"What about when we're in the shower?" Jay asked taking her top off revealing that she wasn't wearing a bra.
"Si si I like that too" as she kissed Jay desperately again.
The shower ran longer than expected with both Jay and Alexia having multiple orgasms which neither were complaining about.

Alexia made coffee while Jay set up Alexias new compression boots.
Jay came over to Alexia taking her hand softly "my lady come with me" Alexia rolled her eyes and chuckled at Jays immature ways, knowing she could not get enough of her.
Alexia laid down as Jay strapped her into the boots and then slipped in behind her kissing her softly on the neck.
"Te amo" whispered Alexia as she relaxed.
"Te amo muchos Ale".
The two laid there in a comfortable silence and Jay gently massaged Alexias shoulders which she realised were particularly tense. Alexia relaxed further almost drifting off in Jays arms, she hadn't felt this relaxed and loved in a long time.
