Alexia ran out of the hotel to follow Jay.
"Bebe!" She called out as Jay failed to turn around, "lo siento amor" Alexia said as she grabbed hold of Jays wrist.
Jay tugged her wrist backwards and her face soon showed why she didn't want Alexia touching her. A face Alexia hated, the sadness dripping off of her from every angle.
"Ale no, you don't get to be nice to me now" Jay scowled, Alexia felt awful Jay was right and she had messed up big time.
"I've solved your problem now you can focus as much as you like" she said bluntly and she started to walk off away from a frantic Alexia.
"Por favor wait" Alexia called out as Jay continued to walk not listening to a word she said.

Jay felt bad but she was bitter, the words Alexia said to her yesterday still ringing in her ear. She needed time to cool off she needed time to think about what had happened. She need time to think about where she sat with Alexia.

Alexia meanwhile dragged her feet back to the hotel where Jenni saw her and pulled her into her embrace. She held her ex girlfriend while she cried and felt for a second she was closer to how they were before.
There Alexia explained everything, she knew Jay was right and Jenni echoed the same thoughts. Alexia was incredibly stubborn and when she loses she doesn't think straight. It's likely her worst trait, the competitive nature consuming her.

She sat nursing a coffee before Alba got wind of what went down this morning at the hotel and made her way to scold her sister.
Alexia saw her walking in and groaned as her sister made her way over with a mad look on her face.
"Hermana we need to talk" Alba said as she marched in with a purpose.
"Alba I don't need your shit right now" Alexia said feeling sorry for herself, her stoic gaze remained on the floor underneath her.

"Pull yourself together, this isn't about you. This is about the girl that travelled half way across the world and solved all of your problems at her own risk. The one you treated poorly because you lost a game of football?!" Alexia sunk into her chair.
Alba was right, she was sulking because of what? Because she had messed up? Because she reacted the same way she always did when she spiralled. Hastily.

She heard her sisters words loud and clear and when she said it like that it sounded bad. Really fucking bad, she felt her stomach churn at the very thought of her words, and the look that Jay had in her eyes that day. She blinked trying to get that image out of her head but she couldn't. She regretted every second, and never for a minute did she mean what she said. She hurt the wrong person, the person who had come to support her and ultimately fixed everything for her and kept her safe like she always promised she would.

Alexia started to feel her eyes brimming with tears, the words ringing so true.
"Where is she?", "she's packing her stuff she's going home" Alba said as Alexia sprinted away out of the hotel, leaving Alba shaking her head as the team watched on.

Alexia was a mess, she ran as fast as she could. She didn't want to lose Jay again, and she knew how easily Jay ran away from her problems. She knew she needed to make this right, but she had no idea how, her mind was spiralling as she ran into the hotel lobby where Jay was staying.
The genuine fear was starting to set in Alexias mind and she was not willing to lose Jay without a fight.

Eli was pleading with Jay not to leave when Alexia finally made it to the door where Jay was staying.
Alexia hammered on the door "mama let me in por favor" she didn't stop knocking until the door swung open.
"She's packing..." Eli didn't even finish her sentence when Alexia almost barged past her mother to her girlfriend's room.

Alexia entered the room in a whirlwind watching as Jay was pulling items from the wardrobe and throwing them in the suitcase as quickly as she could.
The perfectionist in her really wanted Jay to pack better and she kept thinking how she would have more room if she just folded her clothes and stacked them neatly. She sucked herself back from her ridiculous thoughts and maintained her presence behind Jay trying to think of words to make her angry girlfriend stay with her.
