Me and Adhu are going on a date. Actually we are planning to tell our parents about us dating. We don't want things to go wrong this time, and i am super excited.
Today, an important meeting was scheduled at office so i told bhai that i am not well and since my work was handled by dad while i was in coma, he was the one who worked for this project so he is going to attend the meeting instead of me.
Naina already left for her work. 3 down, 1 left. But mumma is not ready to leave the house no matter what i say, so i decided to sneak out.

"Where are you going?" Maa asked, looking at me and then at my dress. Shit! Okay, the dress didn't give Brinda vibes, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't pretty.
"Office." I lied.
"Wearing a dress? What about being professional and wearing only formals?" Maa asked, raising an eyebrow, and i let out a nervous chuckle.
"Yeah! Yeah, you are right, but you see, i changed so much after the coma, so you know...." I lied again.
"Are you going on a date? Because you never put efforts to change your formals to meet Riddhi and you don't have any other friends!" Maa said, making me choke on air.
"Wh..what!?" I almost yelled. Okay, i am nervous. I am embarrassed. Above all, i am offended!!
"I uh, i mean, it's not what you think! I... i uh..." Before i give any explanation, she interrupted.
"Thank god! I thought we'd have to arrange an eligible spouse for you, too, just like your brother! Although i always thought I'd be the opposite." Maa said, chuckling, and i gulped.
"It's not..."
"Wait, you lied about being unwell!" Maa said in realization! Someone bury me in the ground!!
"All the best and be safe, okay!" Maa added, and she just hugged me. Okay, i can't lie anymore. She is the sweetest person in the entire world.

"And i am not telling you now, but I'd tell you soon. Bye! I love you." I said and rushed out.
God! That was embarrassing. I quickly drove my car to Adhu's office to pick him up. Well, we decided to take my car, and Adhu will be driving because i am lazy, and i have a boyfriend!
