I prepared spaghetti and meatballs today and was currently making tacos when I felt him
He snaked his hands around my waist proceeding to kiss my cheeks
" Stop it , am making breakfast"
" And I was busy wondering where my butterfly disappeared to , you woke up way too early mii shiorum, you need to rest" He said teasing me
" I don't need to besides you know Vallentino is coming today after bailing the last time so Selena wants everything to be perfect down to our clothes".
"I guess most especially the food buh she wants us looking comfy and good too ".
"You know?, she might just wanna impress him , show him she can manage their home huh"
I said positive but I heard his little scoff
" Oh yh , well if she's gonna impress a man might as well start by doing the things herself not that she doesn't know how to do anything right but please spare me the irony"
" Come, on don't be rude, she is like a sister to me and besides it doesn't matter and it's not your business , you're not doing the cooking either , stop whining and let me focus " I said telling him off
" As if " He responded with a mischievous look making me chuckle
" Seriously, Luscious be serious now run along and don't come back , am busy".
"Don't think am not seeing your gaze on those tacos I put there , it's hashtag no touching " .
I emphasized my last sentence but I am in a relationship with a child cause he nodded but still stole one and ran off leaving me in a laughing fit
"Luscious, Luscious " I said out loud to myself, the man am officially in a relationship with for the first time in 22years , he is everything, nice ,sweet and he is mysterious too
I know my Luscious, I know his past story with his mother, I know his religion and nationality, I know it all but I also know and feel like there is more to him , he's not telling me but I can feel it
His career as a bodyguard is not what I picture , his tone and aura exceeds it but I would wait and try to brace myself for the day I get to know it all but till then let's focus on getting this dish ready and done with

"Am here" I said and went on to serve the dishes I prepared
"Oh , wow it's a feast , amazing Etoria" Vallentino praised making me smile wholeheartedly
"It's nothing besides it's all on Selena's request , she wanted you to have your favourites " I said giving the spotlight to whom it should belong
"Thank you "Vallentino said as I watch him kiss her with so much love while I sat down beside Luscious making me swoon in my head but I was brought out of my fantasy
"Let's have breakfast then" Luscious said and we all dug in

I watched Selena walk Vallentino out the door leaving I and Luscious some alone time so I broke the silence while walking towards the lounge
" V is so cute right " I said and watched how his face scrunched up so quickly
" Oh so now he is V to you too". He asked with so much venom
" Of course not , I was just lazy to say his name in full " I said with a sweet smile to cover up my antic to get him jealous
"Better be" He said with a raised brow
