15. she forgave him

Avni is alone in the kitchen preparing lunch, helpers come to help her but she tells them that no, she will cook all the food for today

Shweta also visits a couple of kitchens and seeing her alone in the kitchen, she extends a helping hand but Avni refuses that too saying her to rest.

And the time is passing when suddenly after searching for Avni in the whole house, Neil reaches there and seeing him Avni holds her head...he has come here too

But she tries her best to ignore him which is a difficult task for her in his presence but she tries

Whereas Neil has understood from her behavior that she will not talk to him, so he has also decided that till she does not speak, he too will not speak.
Because he also has his own ways to get what he wants.

Avni feels that he is standing behind her but is not saying anything, so she thinks that it is okay, she will also not say anything so that there can be peace in both their lives.

But there Neil holds a corner of her dupatta from her back and he himself doesn't understand what he was thinking when he held her dupatta but his heart said so he did it.
If not she, then at least he should feel her dupatta close to him

Avni turns towards the other side of the kitchen to get some spices and Neil also turns with her holding her dupatta.

And, He held her dupatta so lightly that she did not realize, but she was annoyed as to why he was moving in circles with her in the kitchen: following her.
But yet she still chooses not to say anything.

But there, Neil knows how short her patience is, when he will keep following her like this, she will get fed up and talk to him and then he'll tell her what she needs to do if she wants him to stop following her.

She would do anything to get rid of him. He knows that.
So now if he wants to talk to her then this is the only option he has.

An hour passes but the kitchen is silent, except for the sound of utensils in which food is getting prepared.

And Avni is now getting annoyed seeing him standing behind her.
If he wants to say something then he should say something, why is he standing silently?

There, when all the lunch is ready, she thinks of freshening up.

She goes out of the kitchen and Neil follows her again, but as both of them are walking from the kitchen towards the hall, Shweta, Bebe and Abhishek, sitting in the hall, see this thing of both of them : how Neil is walking behind Avni holding her dupatta.

Avni still doesn't realize that he is holding her dupatta but when the others see Neil following her holding her dupatta, they are shocked because this man is a self-absorbed person who never reveals his feelings to anyone, he doesn't talk to anyone much.
But, Today he is roaming around the house holding his wife's dupatta without caring about what people would think if they saw him

Well, no one is looking at this in a wrong way, they are happy but yes this behaviour of Neil is new for them, that is why everyone is surprised.
Neil always stays in his room whenever he is at home, he is seen in the house only during breakfast, lunch and dinner time.
So today, seeing him roaming around the house like this, that too following his wife, obviously everyone would be a little surprised.

Avni looks at everyone else sitting in the hall, but Neil is still not looking at them but is still looking at Avni's back.

Avni gives them a smile before heading towards the room, and after giving them a smile she moves forward from her halted steps and so does Neil.
