5. Loki and a fox

The next few hours where full of the group testing her vocabulary recognition. All of this made Crypt feel useful and valued, she also got a small piece of ginger biscuit for every task.

Loki had seemed to distance himself for her after he found out that  Crypt had understood his monologue the other day, she knew and understood what he was, but that didn't stop her from approaching him.

He was sitting in his usual chair brooding like normal. Crypt jumped up on his lap and Loki tried to push her off but despite her physical size, Snow was strong and kept her balance. She then curled up on his lap and dozed quietly.

Loki started to run his fingers through her white coat and she snuggled into the dip between his legs. Thor was watching with a smile on his face, Loki frowned and told Thor to leave, he did. Crypt then got up an stood on her hind legs, putting her front paws on his chest, raising her face to his and licked his jaw. No one was in the room so he smiled.

Loki thought that Snow was complex and beautiful, her blue eyes met his as he stroke her sides and she laid down on his chest her warmth seeping into his bones.

Crypt felt his arms wrap around her, keeping her body close to his. She could here is heart beating and she could feel his muscles contract and relax with every stroke.

Loki decided since no one was around that he would show Snow his magic. The suppressors on his wrists only blocked spells and aggressive actions so a mini firework display out of his hand would not be stopped. Green fireworks burst from his hand and exploded in front of Snow's face.

Crypt was mesmerised, she had seen huge versions of these in the sky once, now she had one just for her, the green was luminescent and it lifted her soul. Then a thought rose in her mind, if Loki knew magic, could he teach her to control hers? Hope flooded through her. Could she go back to her Scinlæce form and go back to her home and see her family?

She needed his help and for it she would have to speak.
