Nath's POV

I really didn't want to leave my mate alone with the kids, but my friend decided that we will hang out today.

And he didn't let me get out of this, even after I told him that I should stay with my mate, to make sure that he and our kids will be fine.

But Sven assured me that he will be fine for a few hours, and I heard that one of his brothers is planning to visit him today, so I decided to hang out with Bard.

"What do you want to do?" I ask him, and he shrugs.

"We can play soccer." He says, and I know that he's just saying that because he knows that I like soccer.

He hates this game, but he's the one who forced me to hang out with him, so I guess that we should do something that I like.

"Alright." I agree, and he looks like he wants to groan, but he doesn't do that.

We talk for a while longer, before we walk into the woods, and I can see that he's about to ask me about something more important.

"How are you doing?" He asks me.

I didn't tell him what happened to Dallas, but I'm sure that he heard that from someone else, because most of the pack members already know about it.

"I'm alright." I say, and I can see that he doesn't really believe me, but he nods in acknowledgement anyway.

"And Sven?" He asks.

"He's a bit worse. He was very barely leaving our bedroom for a few days, but now he's better." I tell him.

"That's good. I was worried that one of you will kill yourself too, or something." He tells me.

I thought that he still things that the former Delta killed Dallas, but I guess that everyone already found out that Logan is assuming that it wasn't what happened.

"It's not confirmed that he killed himself. We will have to wait until the former Delta will walk up, and then we will know for sure." I tell him.

"What if he won't wake up?" He asks me.

"I'm not sure." I say, because I didn't think about it yet. "I guess that we will have to accept he that we won't know what happened." I tell him.

He just nods, and we walk silently for a few more minutes, before we reach the training grounds.

There's no training today, so a lot of people are just hanging out with their friends here.

Were find a soccer ball pretty quickly, and I kick it to Bard, who looks like he would prefer to just sit.

He kicks it back anyway, and I have to run after the ball to get it, but I already knew that I will have to do that.

"I have an idea." He tells me after a while of paying.

"I'm not sure if I want to know it. Your ideas are usually pretty bad." I tell him.

He glares at me, but he decides to tell me about that idea anyway.
