Sven's POV

I look at the top of the stairs when I hear that someone's opening the door, and I smile when I see that it's Logan who look angry.

"What's going on here?" He asks us, and I decide to explain everything.

The guard is still holding my arm, but he lets me go when Logan notices it, so I decide to stand next to Logan in case that the mean guard will try to hurt me.

"I'm sure that you know what to do when someone from my family will do something like this.

You're supposed to bring them to my office, and I will deal with them.

So, why did you bring him here instead of doing that?" Logan asks him, and the guard looks like he doesn't know what to say.

"Maybe he shouldn't be a guard, if he doesn't know what he should do." I say, but Logan glares at me, so I roll my eyes, before I start to go upstairs.

"I'm going." I tell him, and he doesn't try of stop me, so I keep walking until I reach the door that I walked through before.

I try to open it, but I quickly realise that it's locked and that I will most likely need a key to unlock it.

"I can't open it." I say to Logan.

"I know. Stay there, because I want to talk with you." He tells me, so I groan in annoyance.

He talks with the guards for a while longer, before he comes here, and he tells me to follow him to his office.

I sit in the chair that is in front of his desk, and I look around the room to see how much changed here since I was here last time.

It used to be Papa's office, but he and Logan switched the offices, because this office is bigger, and it will make it easier for Logan to have the meetings here.

"What do you want from me?" I ask him.

"I just wanted to say that I won't punish you for what you did today, but if you will ever do something like that again, then I will give you a punishment." He tells me.

I roll my eyes, but I nod anyway.

"I won't." I say, but I know that I most likely will do it again, if Finley will say something mean to me, especially if that will be about my dead mate.

"Did Nath tell you that Finley didn't actually kill your mate?" Logan asks me, and I nod.

"Are you sure about that?" I ask him.

"I used my Alpha voice, so I'm sure that he wasn't lying." He tells me.

"Great." I say, before I stand up.

"Can I go now?" I ask him, and he nods, so that's what I do.

I quickly consider if I should still find my friends, but I decide that I don't have any more patience left now.

So, I'm sure that if I will hang out with them, then it will end with an argument.

And that's why I text one of them to tell them that I won't be able to see them today, and I go back to the house.
