Sven's POV

I groan when I hear that the alarm is ringing again, because this means that the pack is being attacked, and I will have to stay in the safe room for hours again.

Thankfully this time Nathaniel is here, so I won't have to be there alone.

"I'm going to ask Logan if he wants me to fight." Nath says, but I quickly shake my head.

"You're not a pack warrior, so you will be staying here." I tell him.

I already lost one mate, and I don't want to lose another one, so I won't let him fight before he will finish all of the trainings that every warrior should finish.

"I already talked with Logan, and he told me that he will allow me to be a guards for now.

So, I guess srhag I might be able on help." Nath says, before he picks the kids up, and he starts to walk towards the safe room.

I let him walk inside, and I do the same, then I lock the door behind us and I hide it in my pocket, before I sit on the couch.

Nath looks at me with and unimpressed expressions, but I just smile at him innocently.

"You won't fight with anyone, at least not for now." I tell him, and he rolls his eyes, before he extends his hand towards me.

I know that he wants me to give him the key, but I refuse to do it.

"Sit here." I say, and I gesture at couch that I'm sitting on.

"Give me the keys." He tells me sternly, and I'm a bit scared that he will hit me again, or something, but I decide to trust that he has more self control now.

"I won't give you the key, so you can either sit on the couch, or you can a stand there and glare at me for hours." I say.

He looks at me for a few seconds to see if I'm serious, before he groans and he takes two of the kids.

I look at him until he sits on the couch that's furthest away from me.

I roll my eyes at his childishness, and I looks to the other two kids.

"Come here guys." I say, because I know that they're scared.

The alarm is still ringing, and I'm sure that I will hear it even after it will stop, because it's way too loud for my ears.

"Are you going to not talk with me until I will let you leave?" I ask Nath a few minutes later, and he nods.

"Great." I say.

Were play with the kids that we're holding for about an hour, before the kids starting to get tired.

I take them to the cribs that are at the end of the room, and then I sit next to Nath.

"I'm still mad at you." He tells me.

"I know." I say, before I give him a hug, but he quickly pushes me away.
