Nath's POV

When I get back to the pack lands, I want to go straight Sven, so I can apologise again, but I notice that Finley is trying to sneak out of the pack house.

I quickly go towards him, and I stop him before he can walk into the woods.

"What do you want?" He asks me angrily, and I roll my eyes.

"Logan will kill for killing Dallas." I say, and he look confused.

"Is that what they're accusing me of?" He asks me, and I nod.

He looks confused, but I'm still not sure if he actually didn't do anything, or if he's just pretending to be stupid.

"If you didn't do anything, then why are you trying to sneak out of the pack lands?" I ask him.

"Because one of the doctors told me that the Alpha isn't happy with me, and that he will come to the pack hospital soon to talk with me.

And I didn't know what he might want from me, so I got scare and I wanted to run away." He tells me.

Before I can say anything, Logan comes here, and he glares at Finley.

"Did you kill Dallas?" Logan asked him with his Alpha voice.

"I didn't kill him." Finley says, and I groan, because I know that there's no way that he could be lying and that means that Dallas really killed himself.

"He's not lying." Logan tells me, so I nod slightly, before I walk away.

When I walk inside of the house, I can that Sven's parents are now watching the kids, so I guess that Sven is upstairs, and that's where I go.

I open the door to our bedroom, and I can see that he was watching something on his phone but he's already looking at me.

I give him the bag that's almost filled with chocolate, and I can see that the already wants to try them, but he frowns when he sees my expression.

"What happened?" He asks me.

"Finley woke up, and Logan already asked him if he killed our mate, but he said that he didn't." I say, and he nods in acknowledgment.

Then he sighs tiredly, and he gestures for me to sit next to him, so I do that, and I look at him while he puts the chocolate bars on the bed.

"Let's try this one." He says, and he takes a bar of white chocolate, before he opens it.

He gives me a bit, before he takes a bit for himself.

"It's disgusting." I tell him, but it seems that he doesn't agree with me.

I already tried chocolate a few times, but I never likes it, and I have no idea why other people like it.

"You're very weird." Sven tells me, and I just shrug, because I don't want to argue with him anymore.

I look at Sven's phone, and I quickly notice that he was watching a movie, so I take his phone and I let the movie play again.

He moves a bit closer to me, so he can see it too, before he opens a few more bars of chocolate, so we can try them too.
