"I love you, baby..."

Kayla's POV

Like what she said before, the whole damn zoo. She made me feel something I never felt before. I knew in my heart that she was the most important person in my life now, but was I ready to tell her what she just said?

I gave her a peck, then went to sleep, cuddling her, my person.

Time Skip

I woke up 15 minutes earlier than the alarm. We didn't have bebe time, so I wanted to make bawi. I started showering her with kisses on the face...

"Hmm, baby," she mumbled, slowly opening her eyes.

"Good morning, love," I greeted her.

"Baby, nagtoothbrush ka na ba?"

"Hala! I'm sorry! Bad breath ako?" I asked.

"Hindi nga eh. Perfect ka na masyado," she mumbled in her bedroom voice, making me feel warm inside.

"Wait," she said, then went to the toilet to brush her teeth. Minutes passed, and then she came back running to me.

We made out until we heard the alarm.

"Ugh!" I said, making her laugh. We needed to get ready, so we went to the shower together.

"Mga bading! Gising na ba kayo?" We heard Clay. She entered the bedroom, then started looking for us.

"Hoy! Sabay ba kayong naliligo?" She shouted again.

"Para tipid sa tubig!" Adie shouted, making me laugh.

When we were done, Clay was still waiting for us. It looked like something was bothering her.

"Oh, bat ang haba ng nguso mo?" Adie asked.

"Si Maya eh. Ang cold sa 'kin," she told us.

"Choose her or move on," I said.

"Oo nga. Hayaan mo nang magmove on 'yung tao kung di mo naman paninindigan," Adie said. Buti na lang kaya ko siyang panindigan.

"Pag-iisipan ko. Bilisan niyo na," Clay said, then walked away, but I shouted, "No! Follow your heart!"

We were already at the venue, and the audition had started. Earlier, Joey talked to me, and even though I was nervous about what it was about, I had no choice. She told me not to vote because of my feelings toward Adie. She said that it would not be fair to the other participants, which I understood and agreed with.

There were 10 ladies left to show us what they got, and of course, Adie was one of them. I was sweating a lot, but she was really doing well and looked so confident. The mask I was wearing was making me sweat even more, even though it was just covering the left side of my face.

For the next round of the audition, they had to dance to our latest song. Good thing Adie practiced this one.

There she was, the girl of my dreams, dancing gracefully.

"Baka pasukan ng langaw bibig mo, Kayla," Stella said, making me close my mouth.

"May tumulo atang laway," Shane teased.

"Panoorin niyo na nga yung mahal ko! Baka di niyo pa iboto eh!" I told them.

"Whoah!" They said in unison.
