"Shit! I remember, love! You were needed at work nun eh!" I said, excitedly.
Kayla's POV
"Ano pang naaalala mo?" Adie asked me.
"Yun lang ata," I said, pouting.
Adie's POV
Our dance coach asked us to pair up. Joey asked Stella, Clay chose Maya, of course, and Gail chose Shane, leaving Kayla and me with no choice. The steps involved a lot of touching our partners. Kayla's hand needed to slide from my chest up to my right breast.
The song started, and it was our cue to dance. I could feel the warmth coming from Kayla's body.
Lalo akong pinagpawisan sa init na nararamdaman ko. Dumagdag pa ang paghawak niya sa akin.
"Sexy mo, love," she whispered in my ear when she had the chance.
Napapalunok nalang ako sa tila pang-aakit na ginagawa niya. Nagpatuloy pa nga kami sa pagsasayaw at nang oras na magpahinga, napansin ko namang nakatitig ang dalawang kaibigan kong magjowa.
"Lagkit," Maya mumbled.
"Init na init," gatong naman ni Clay.
We were now resting, sitting on the floor as we waited for our food to be delivered. Kayla's thigh was touching mine, and my hunger for her touch was growing. I casually rested my free hand on her thigh while my other hand scrolled through my phone. She didn't seem to mind. Kayla even rested her head on my shoulder, watching me scroll through Instagram.
I came across Dee's picture of the sky from a plane's window, and I scrolled faster so the redhead wouldn't notice.
"Buti di ka sumama sa travel niya?" Kayla asked. Ito na nga ba ang sinasabi ko.
"Hmm... hindi kami okay eh," I answered.
*********Flashback*********
"Sorry, I wasn't able to answer your call last night. Naisip ko rin na in person na tayo mag-usap about dun sa message mo," Dee said.
We were outside the studio, and Dee looked sad.
"What's wrong, hon?" I asked.
"You deserve to be with the person you love, Adie."
I just looked at her, not sure what to say.
"When you messaged me last night, sabi mo ayaw mong maging unfair sa akin, at gusto mong ituloy ang relationship natin kapag sure kang ako na ang mahal mo..."
Dee breathed heavily, and tears were forming in her eyes.
"...alam ko namang hindi mangyayari yun. I want you to be happy, Adie. I want to fight for you pero ipaglaban mo rin siya. I'm leaving."
I felt a sharp pain in my chest dahil ayaw ko siyang mawala, but part of me wanted to fight for Kayla too.
"Dee... I'm sorry..." I mumbled.
"Fight for her, Adie."

"Paanong hindi okay?" Kayla asked.
"She left. Pagbalik niya raw, if ready na ako sa kanya, we can continue our relationship..." I told her.
