Roohi ♡

As I stood in front of the mirror, adjusting my dress one final time, I couldn't help but feel a flutter of excitement mixed with nerves. Keeping it simple I wore a white blouse with deep neck and white skirt with a slight slit, with obviously my favorite white heels on.

The dress fit perfectly, its fabric soft against my skin, and I felt... beautiful.

With a deep breath, I clicked my picture and texted in our group chat: GOOD GIRLS 🎀

"I'm ready! But oh my god, I'm so nervous!" Almost immediately, my phone buzzed,

Niaaah: OH MY GAWDDDDD!

Kiaaah: SEXY SEXY SO SEXXYYY!

Niaaah: RIP AGASTYA!

Kiaaah: I'D SO DO YOU

Niaaah: Did you just come out of the oven? Because you're HOT.

I scrunch my nose at Annika's pickup line. Yeah, she knows that too that they are lame, but I don't mind.

Kiaaah: Oh shit, Annika so lame, that's so lame like SOOOO LAAAMMEEE

Niaaah: SHUT UP! 😠👊

I smiled, feeling a bit more at ease and replied to them with lots of heart emojis.

Outside, the familiar sound of Agastya's car horn made my heart skip a beat.

"Coming!" I shouted, though he probably couldn't hear me.

Balancing on one heel, I made my way down the stairs, clutching the banister for support. Agastya's car was parked at the curb, and as I stepped outside, the cool evening air wrapped around me.

He was leaning against his car, looking effortlessly handsome in his tuxedo. He was staring at me, his eyes wide with admiration.

I waved at him, but he seemed too lost in his thoughts to notice. Smiling to myself, I snapped my fingers to get his attention.

He blinked, snapping out of his trance, and grinned sheepishly. "You look stunning, Roo. Absolutely gorgeous."

My cheeks flushed at his words, and I felt a rush of warmth. "Thank you," I replied softly, feeling a bit shy under his gaze.

Agastya walked over to me and opened the car door with a flourish, like a true gentleman. "Your chariot awaits, my lady," he said with a playful bow.

I giggled while pinching his cheeks and stepped into the car, carefully arranging my dress around me. As Agastya closed the door and walked around to the driver's side, I couldn't help but admire him. He looked dashing, almost princely, in his tuxedo. The way his hair was perfectly styled, and the confident way he carried himself made my heart race.
