I take Shivanya to our penthouse and arrange everything for her to rest and call Nitya to ask if she can look after her until I return. She instantly agrees telling me that she saw on Internet what almost happened today.
I call my team immediately to tell them to take down the video of us.
My blood boils thinking about how I almost lost her today. If I was even a minute late to send her off to home she would've-

I park the car and stride with sure steps towards my private basement where I deal with illegal enquiries for my job. Nobody knows this place except me, Aman and my most trusted men.
Nico, one of my men who deals with illegitimate dealings is standing in the doorway. Seeing me he opens the door with a nod.
I walk inside the dark basement except for a dim light. There he is, tied to a chair, almost looking like he would shit himself any minute.
I walk straight to him and punch his face without a stop which makes his bones crack under my fists. My contained rage and fear of what might have happened to my girl makes me see red.
I am pulled off from my back. Aman is staring daggers at the man infront of me.
"If you kill him quuickly, where's the fun in that?" He says coldly.
Although Aman portrays himself as the happy-go-lucky guy outside, when his loved ones are in danger he wouldn't think twice about letting his dark side out.
"P-please sir. Don't kill me." The man says blood trickling out from his nose and mouth.
"Should have thought about that before you tried to run a truck over my wife." I snarl at him.
"It... It was a contract. I just did m-my job." He cries struggling in the chair.
"Who?" I ask already knowing who is responsible for this.
