"You look like someone who needs company." He says, his breath stinking of alcohol.
I move away, "No. I am good." I give him a tight smile and turn away.
"You are Indian right? I do love a good Indian dessert." He slurs and gives me a once over with a disgusting smile.
When I remain silent he continues, "You know, my room is just a 10 minutes walk from here. I can give you a good night, you look lonely." He says coming closer. I shudder in disgust.
"I am married." I say and taking my purse I try to walk outside to get some fresh air.
Suddenly I feel a touch in my back. He slapped my ass. Bile burns my throat. Tears cloud my vision, I don't know how to react at this moment. I feel so humiliated and violated.
I want to go home.
I turn to the man and he smirks looking at my face.
One minute he is smirking at me and the next moment he is in the floor, Vihaan pinning him.
"How dare you?!" He punches the pervert's face. He grabs the man by his collar and drags him to stand.
"How dare you touch my wife." He growls in his face. Vihaan's eyes have turned a dark gray and he looks so un-Vihaan like. His face red and veins popping in his temples.
The man tries to shrug him off but Vihaan is in a blinding rage. He punches the man in his nose again and again. Blood sprays to his shirt. I gasp and cover my mouth with a palm.
"I. Am. Going. To. Kill. You." He says and chokes him by his both hands while the man sputters. He's going to die.
I come out of my stupor and run towards the scene. The crowd is watching the whole thing without intruding.
"Vihaan no!" I grab his arm but he isn't letting go. "Vihaan please. Let go of him!" I try to drag him apart but he isn't moving. The man's face has turned purple.
"Vihaan." I plead. "Look at me." He does and I tell him in a soft voice. "It's okay. I am fine. Come on now, let him go." He turns to me with rage and his silver eyes softens looking at me.
He looses his grip and the man falls to the floor. He coughs and chokes in his own blood.
"I want to go home." I whisper humiliated as everyone's staring at me. He grabs me by my shoulders and asks, "Are you okay?" In a gentle voice so unlike the Vihaan a moment ago.
