Get back the zing (Drac x reader)

1. The special plan

Drac's live couldn't be better. He has his daughter, friends and family...and Erika.

But no one expected it to end so soon.

Ericka's family was the greatest of monster hunters, but still, there are more out there. To keep Drac and his family safe, she decided to make it her personal mission to stop the hunting. But to do this, she has to leave the hotel...for good. It is not like she doesn't love him anymore, but this was something she wanted to do. Drac's life was turned upside down, as she gave him the ring back. Nothing he said could make her stay and he couldn't join her. He couldn't leave the hotel or his daughter for Ericka.

A year passed since that day and Drac went back to his usual routine, like the old times. It only got bad when he had to plan a wedding.

Mavis didn't want her father to be unhappy and decided to give it a shot. Inviting several monsters to a party he planned. He wasn't aware that it was meant for him...to get his Zing. Everyone tried their best to get Dracula to approach women. But the several flirting attempt from Drac's friends or Jonny's love songs, didn't made the count Zing...not once.

That is, until Jonny talked to his wife...about his special plan.

Mavis wasn't convinced at first, till he explained it to her, "I got some friends in England and they invited me to come over for the holidays. I thought, maybe Drac might hit it off with one of them." "And why would my dad do that? It's been a year since Erika" she didn't like the idea. That is till Jonny showed her picture of his friends on the internet. He even called them, so Mavis would lose her suspicion. Luckily, Jonny's plan worked. Mavis was convinced talking on the phone for hours herself, her husband had no chance to talk to us afterwards.

Suddenly, she canceled the call without asking her husband, "Jonny, pack your bags. We are going to England!"

But there was one more thing to deal with...Drac.

There was no way he would let them fly away alone. The last time with California was a one off; to get Dennis fangs out, but now there was no reason for them to leave. This was Mavis trump card, "If you don't want us to leave, then you have to come with us. We already told them that we come."

"But Mavis, we have to run the hotel and have to discuss the bookings and..."

She knows his constant excuses and interrupted him, "Dad, we are going, whenever you like it or not. Either you come along or we go without you."

She got him now!

Unfortunately, it was planned for Drac, Vlad, Mavis and Jonny to come along, but now the entire Drac pack joined in. Not one of them was ever in England. This wasn't part of the plan! Before they could stop them, they were already on their way to the airport. Inside the plane, Mavis began to get nervous, "Jonny, do you think dad noticed what we are up to?" Her husband shrugged, "Relax, don't worry; I am sure he thinks it is just another family holiday."

Drac was right behind them, sitting next to his father. The count was nervous; not only because he was in a plane again but...he doesn't feel well...something bothers him about this trip.
