Drac was nervous. He hates to fly, since he was capable to do this himself. His father however, loved it, "This brings back memories, I remember as I went to England with your mother..." "Please, spare me that dad" begged his son, feeling sick now. All he wanted is to get off the plane.

Mavis and Jonny were keeping an eye on the count, as they planned their next move.

"Okay, we get the next taxi to this street. There they have a house of their own. It is big enough for us all, so we don't need a hotel." Where they could sleep for the time being was sorted, but something else was more important to Mavis, "So just to get it right. This girl is who dad should get along with?" she pointed at the photo on Jonny's phone. He smiled wide, nodding, "Yep, this is N/A. For all I know she might be the perfect match for Drac. If they don't Zing then I don't know what will." He was pretty sure that it will work. Unlike his wife, "I don't know Jonny; this is Dad we are talking about."

"What is it about me?"

They both jumped at Drac's voice, peaking over their seats. "Oh nothing dad, we were just talking" Mavis looked at Jonny, who smiled awkward, "Yeah, just...talk."

"That is nice, but I would like to know where are we going?"

The young couple knew where this was going, "Dad this is a surprise."

"You know I hate surprises!!!"

Mavis moved her head away from her dad, "Deal with it Dad, I won't tell you."

The count gazed at his son-in-law, "Jonny!" "Sorry Drac, Mavis orders."

The poor count leaned back in his seat, moaning in frustration. His friends looked over to him. "Hey what is the matter Drac? This is no time to sulk" Frank was all excited about this trip. "You should be happy about this...it's a family trip. Isn't that what you always wanted, spending time with your family?" Werewolf Wayne had a point there.

"I know that, but they are not telling me where we go to...in England!"

Next was Griffin, the invisible man. He knows the count well and hates it when he tries to control everything, "For crying out loud Drac, just let the kids handle the trip. I am sure they are not planning something bad!" For the rest of the flight, they had to convince the vampire, that this was an ordinary trip and nothing else. Murray was relaxing in his seat, "Come on Drac. They just want to make you happy with this trip. Just go with the flow."

"I don't go with the flow!" the entire pack moaned at the count's complain.

"No wonder Erika left you" said Vlad in between.

Ouch!

This really hurt Drac, "Thank you dad, this really helped." It helped indeed. Drac stopped complaining, but on the other hand, he was now really quiet. Frank didn't like it and whispered towards Vlad, "What that necessary?" "What woman wants a crybaby like my son? Over 500 years old and still acting like a child. The faster he grows up the better."

It was nothing new to Drac. His father never really gave him a compliment, not even when he married Martha. But the wounds haven't healed just yet...

With a sad face, he looked through the window and hoped this plane will arrive any time soon.
