Evelyn was watching one of the women in front of her as Charles and Erik sat on either side of her. She was trying to stay focused on the whole 'finding mutants' thing but good god, this woman was hot as hell. The three of them were in a strip club, where Charles had said a mutant would be, but Evelyn wasn't paying much attention anymore.

The dark-skinned woman Evelyn had been watching approached them and Evelyn quickly handed her a few bucks she had stolen from Erik's wallet. "For that darling, you get a private dance" the woman said flirtatiously and gave the raven-haired woman a wink as Charles and Erik eyed their friend confusedly.

Evelyn was now laid in between Charles and Erik on the red velvet bed as the two men clinked their glasses.

"You cats know it's triple, for the three of you, right?" the woman stated, standing at the end of the bed. "No, that won't be necessary, although I'm sure it'd be magical..." Charles replied, glancing at Evelyn.

"Trust me, I'd enjoy that more than you'd think but we were thinking more: we'll show you ours if you show us yours" Evelyn smiled and Erik raised an eyebrow at the woman. "Baby, that is not how it works around here" the woman shook her head. Erik snapped his fingers and the champagne bucket floated up towards him.

Evelyn raised her hand and the water droplet floated off the bucket and danced around her fingers. "My turn" the woman said.

She unhooked the back of her top and Evelyn's breath caught in her breath, causing Charles to look at her with a curious smile on his face. The woman, whose stage name was Angel, rolled her shoulders back slightly and beautiful wings revealed themselves from the tattoos that were once on her skin. She fluttered her wings slightly as she flew a few inches above the ground.

"How would you like a job where you keep your clothes on?" Charles asked.

Erik, Charles and Evelyn slipped into the back of a cab, where a dark-skinned man wearing a red polo shirt sat in the driver's seat.

"Where to, fellas and lady?" the driver asked. "Richmond, Virginia, please" Erik responded. "Right, so you want, uh, airport, the station, what?" the driver questioned. "No, we were rather hoping you would take us all the way" Charles said. "That's a six hour drive" the driver scoffed.

"That'll give us plenty of time to talk" Evelyn smiled as Erik used his powers to move the cab meter.

The three of them walked side by side inside a prison.

"What the hell does the government want with a guy like Alex Summers? Hope you're not planning on putting him with others. First guy I've ever met who actually prefers solitary confinement" the guard spoke, opening the cell to reveal a young man.

The man sat alone in the singular cells, wearing a white tank top and blue jeans. He had croppy blonde hair and he looked up at the three standing in the doorway, a confused look on his face.

"These fish?" a teenage redheaded boy asked a girl. The girl turned around, finding the tank suddenly empty and walked away, sporting a look of annoyance.

Evelyn Miller, Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr approached the boy from behind, standing on either side of him.

The three of them walked into a bar to find the next mutant for their team. They found the man at the bar itself, smoking a cigar.

"Excuse me, I'm Erik Lehnsherr" Erik introduced himself. "Charles Xavier" Charles said. "Evelyn Miller" the woman greeted. "Go fuck yourself" the man replied simply. "You can stay, darlin'" the man spoke and the woman raised her eyebrow, making sure the bartender had his back turned.
