Father." Emma smiled with her sword floating at her side.

"Daughter."

"Hello Granddad."  Lyudmil stepped through the dust waving his palm.

"What are you two doing here?" Alucard growled in disbelief.

"I thought you could you some extra help." Emma leapt to Alucard's side with catlike grace.

"Likewise." Lyudmil hopped on over.

Alucard shot a firm look at Emma. "You were supposed to remain safe at Versailles." He turned his sharp eyes to Lyudmil. "And you are going to drain your energy from such excessive use of your magic."

"I don't understand, does he not want us to help him?" Lyudmil growled confused.

"Don't fret, dear. That's just your grandpa's way of saying he's worried about us." Emma winked, turning to her father. "I wasn't going to let the angels have all the fun." Emma chuckled, holding Aktinos's hilt with a flicker in her eyes. "This is my battle as much as it is theirs, and yours."

"And mine." Added Lyudmil.

Alucard closed his eyes with a deep sigh. "All right. But don't get too cocky. Either of you."

"Us? Never." Lyudmil scoffed offended. "Who do you think we are? Belmonts? I'd sooner be dead than be considered a Belmont."

"Lyudmil. We're distant relatives to them."

"All the more reason,Mom."

Alucard suppressed a shrug. All because I grew amorous in a cave. He loved his daughter and grandson, but damn his wife's blood flowed strongly at times
