13 | Will you let me be your girlfriend?

I just got out of the shower and got dressed to do fuck all until I get a text from Kate.

Gym at 3?

Ok

3 is only an hour away so what I am suppose to do? Maybe I can go there early and shoot around a bit. "Wanna go for a walk?" Kalea steps out of her room all dressed comfy. "Why not" I follow her out the dorm room and we make our way down.

We walk around school for a bit. "Caitlin and I are going on a date tonight" I stop in my tracks making Kalea stop. "Are you being serious?" she nods her head and and smiles.

"Where are you guys going?" I ask walking again. "Not sure. She said it's a surprise" I nod and smile. "I'm happy for you" she wraps her arm around me and we walk like that until it was 2:45.

"I'm meeting Kate soon" I tell Kalea and now it was her turn to stop in her tracks, "Are you guys finally going to make up?" I shrug my shoulders and she wiggles her eyebrows. "Okay have fun!" she pushes me towards the gym and rushes off laughing.

I roll my eyes and walk inside the gym. It was empty so I grabbed a ball and started shooting around. I then felt eyes on me so I look around and see Lisa looking down at me from her office.

She waves at me and I wave back and keep shooting.

"What are you doing here?" I turn around and see Bluder grabbing a ball and joining me. "Just waiting for someone" she shoots the ball and it obviously goes in. "Is that someone Kate?" she raises and eyebrow at me and I nod.

I didn't answer and kept shooting. "Somethings up. Wanna talk about it?" she ask putting her ball back and I do the same. We sit down on some chairs.

"So tell me. What's going between you and Kate because she's been off this whole week" I sigh and start playing with my necklace.

"Um she hasn't been talking to me for a whole week because of one little accident" I mumble to her. "Was that accident a kiss?" I nod my head and she just laughs. "She told me what happened. She was freaking out the whole time"

"What did she say?" I ask her. "I can't say but hopefully she will tell you now" she points to Kate that just walked in, looking scared. "I'll be in my office if you need me" she pulls me into a side hug before walking away.

"Hey" Kate says sitting down next to me. "Hi" I don't look up and just stare at the floor. We sat there in silence for literally five minutes.

"I'm sorry for not speaking to you" I roll my eyes and finally look at her. "For a while fucking week!? Yeah right" she sighs and looks down.

"I freaked out after the kiss even though it wasn't the first time we kissed. I got scared and felt like you didn't feel the same so I distanced myself a little for you" I sigh and lean back on my chair.

"But didn't we already confessed our feelings" she sighs but agrees with me. "I know and I'm sorry okay? Can we start over? I miss you. I really do" I can't say no to that.

"I miss you too" I stand up and she does the same. We look at each other for a bit and then we hug. "I want to take you out. Like on an actual date. Like our second date" I smile at her.

"Okay" she jumps around me and then pulls me into a tighter hug. "I'm sorry again and I miss you. Like a lot a lot" I chuckle and she kisses my head.

"I got you something actually" she takes my hand and drags me up to her dorm room. "Wait right here" I nod and wait for her. Cait wasn't here. She's probably out with Kalea or something.
