An old story I found on my drive I just found, but might have a similar story from the first book

Anyways

Luka isn't usually the kind of person to get mad, he has never been seen as mad. You mess with his stuff, he will replace it. You mess with Juleka, you get a warning and hope not to get bashed in the head with a guitar. 

But when Luka finds out that Marinette tried a suicide attempt because of her class, he is angrier than he has ever been in his life. No one messes with his girlfriend. 

Swearing, class salt, protective Luka, all that good stuff

Luka was on his way to Marinette, his girlfriend's, house. Luka noticed that she's been distant lately, so he thought maybe a date or walk to Andre's Ice Cream Cart would help her cheer up. 

What he got instead, was unexpected.

How this all really started was when Luka noticed his sister seemed confused. They had some sibling time, and eventually Juleka spilled about the class drama.

*Flashback*

"Marinette was called jealous, which seems obvious. But it seems to be only her getting targeted, which is what's confusing me."

"Why don't you ask her?" Luka suggested.

"I don't think she would want to talk to me, I didn't do anything when the class did things to her, so I doubt she would want to see me." Luka looked at her, confused by what she meant.

"What things, exactly?" Juleka tried to avoid the physical abuse Marinette was facing, to keep her brother from being angry, but he always knew when she was lying. So she told him anyway.

"I've noticed that Lila only seems to target Marinette specifically. Lila  will claim Marinette did something to her, and it's always at a location where no one is there to see it, so there's no solid evidence. Lila has never provided any evidence for any of the claims, and every time Mari points that out, Alya always accuses her of not having proof. Every time Mari tries to point out what Lila does, Adrien seems disappointed, Mrs. Bustier frowns, and Lila seems to scowl. Things like that."

"Who's on what side?"

"Nino was only on Lila's side because of Alya. He didn't want to lose his girlfriend, and at first he thought Mari was jealous. He said that it started to get more aggressive and he snapped out of it. When he found out Lila was a liar, he told Adrien and found out that he knew already. Now Nino won't talk to Adrien." Luka nodded, following along with the logic. If he had a friend know someone is a liar and not tell anyone, he would be mad too.

"Chloe always knew she was lying, she just didn't do anything about it to see how long it would take the class to realize she was lying. When they pushed Marinette though and accused her of stealing Lila's homework out of jealousy, Chloe pointed out while she bullied her, Mari did nothing. She spent the rest of the day in her hotel with Marinette crying on her shoulder, both having a movie marathon." Luka was shocked, to say the least.
