I opened the door to find Lisa, my twin sister, standing there with a sinister smile. She pushed me aside and entered my home, helping herself to my food. Her eyes gleamed with malice as she began to speak.

"I've always hated you, Letricia. Even as children, I resented you. I prayed for your death in the fire, and when you disappeared, I felt a twisted sense of joy. I turned our parents against you, and I reveled in being the center of attention."

Her words cut deep, but I stood firm, my anger rising. "You're sick, Lisa. You need help."

She laughed maniacally, her eyes blazing with jealousy. "I hate you because people always preferred you. I hated that our cousins loved you, and even Leon was drawn to you. So, I decided to kill you."

She started destroying my home, and I realized I had to act fast. When she pulled out a needle, I knew I was in grave danger. I hit her arm with the vase, and the needle fell. I ran to the TV and pressed a hidden button, hoping Mason would receive the distress signal.

I locked myself in the bathroom, listening to Lisa's enraged screams and the sound of my home being trashed. I prayed Mason would arrive soon, fearing for my life.

Just as I heard Lisa storm out of my home, I heard Mason's voice. "Letricia, are you okay? I'm here!"

I emerged from the bathroom, shaken but unharmed. Mason rushed to my side, holding me tight. "I'm so sorry, Letricia. I should have been here sooner."

I nodded, still trying to process the horror I had just faced. "She's gone, Mason. But I know she'll be back."

Mason held me close, his eyes filled with determination. "I'll always be here to protect you, Letricia. You're safe now."

We stood there, holding each other, trying to make sense of the chaos and destruction around us. We knew that this was far from over, and that Lisa would stop at nothing to destroy me. But with Mason by my side, I felt a sense of hope and security. I was ready to face whatever came next, as long as I had him by my side.
