Y/n's POV

The next day at school, I decided that it was my turn to do the ignoring. During PE, where we usually talked, I completely ignored her and only talked when I absolutely had to.

At lunch, she tried to talk to me again, while I was at the vending machines trying to get a gatorade in peace. "Y/n, why are you ignoring me?" She whispered urgently. I rolled my eyes and walked away, hearing her scoff behind me.

I was still mad at Regina, that was obvious, I mean the one time I tried to have a conversation with her she-

"shit! I'm so sorry!" The girl I had bumped into spoke. I snapped out of my thoughts and looked down to see the girl picking up the stuff she had dropped. "Yeah no worries, I should probably pay more attention to where I'm going." I laughed, crouching down to help her get her things.

I handed her a few papers that she dropped. "Thanks!" She smiled warmly. "Yeah of course, uh- I'm y/n." I introduced myself, to the girl. She was pretty, very pretty. A new friend couldn't hurt too.

(The girl ^)

"I'm Audrey." The girl blushed, we just stared at each other for a moment, a soft smile on both of our faces. "Oh uhm, do you know where Mr. Hues class is?" She asked nervously. I laughed a bit at her nervous and shy state.

"I have him next, I'll show you." I also had that class with Regina, though we didn't even acknowledge each other's existence there. However, now that Audrey was by my side, things were a bit different.

Audrey and I entered the class, Regina immediately spotted us, glaring at Audrey, and me I think. Audrey took a spot next to me in the back. "Are you new here?" I asked, in a whisper, not wanting to get in trouble. She slightly leaned in and whispered back. "Yeah, my dad got a new job here." I nodded, before returning my attention back to the front.

Since she was new, Regina had no idea who she was, which was a good thing. You cant ruin someone's life if you don't have any information on them, especially if no one knows who they are yet.

A few moments had passed, and Audrey leaned in to whisper to me again. "His head is shiner than the whiteboard." The girl joked, referring to Mr. Hues. I let out a snort, as we both let out fits of quiet giggles. It's not like she was wrong, the guy was balding, badly.

"Is something funny back there?" Mr. Hues had asked, we both went dead silent and shook our heads. Trying to hold in our laughs. I glanced at Regina who was practically fuming with anger. I ignored her stares the best I could, but I soon got a text.

Regina: who's that girl u were laughing with???

Me: and that's your business how?

Regina: stop being a dick and just tell me!

Me: oh so I'm the dick now?

Regina: you know what forget it

Audrey was making Regina jealous. Regina was jealous. I now had the perfect idea to make Regina notice me, whether she liked it or not. And Audrey, was going to be the most important part.

Even if Audrey wasn't gay, we could still hang out all the time and act all couple-y even if we're just friends. Maybe I could even ask her to fake date me to make a "boy" jealous when in all reality it's Regina.

This was going to work perfectly, I mean hell, it's already working, and I haven't even started yet.
