Y/n's POV

Audrey: im coming back to school tomorrow!!!

Me: FINALLYYY I HAVE SO MUCH TO CATCH YOU UP ON

It was a Sunday night and I was alone in my room, watching shitty rom-coms and texting Audrey. She was basically my only friend, not including Regina.

Well Regina and I, aren't really friends? Friends with benefits?? Dating?! I need to ask her what we are later. As if a sign from the gods, Regina texted me.

Regina: Do you wanna come over and work on the project?
Regina: for real this time

I laughed at her message and quickly responded back with a simple 'sure' and started to grab a few of my things.

I arrived at Regina's house in about 15 minutes, and knocked on the door. This time, Regina's dad answered. "Who the fuck are you?" He asked, clearly annoyed.

"Uhm- I- I'm one of Regina's friends..?" I stuttered out an answer, he narrowed his eyes, glaring at me. "You don't look like Gretchen, or..." he paused for a moment thinking. "What's that dumb one's name again? Karen right? Yeah you don't look like Karen either."

Suddenly Regina came into view. "Dad what the hell! She's just here to work on school project!"

Her dad started to yell at the blonde. "When the fuck did I say that you could invite someone over!?!" Regina yelled right back. "Mom said I could!!" She turned to me and grabbed my arm. "Let's go Y/n." She quickly dragged me to her room, slamming the door behind us.

I put my stuff down and Regina sighed, placing her hands through her hair in frustration. "I'm so sorry about him." She apologized. I moved towards her and gave her a soft smile. "You don't have to apologize." I said, placing my hand on her thigh.

Regina turned to me, grabbing my face, closing the gap between us. Unlike most of our kisses, this one was slow, passionate, but above all, it was needy.

Regina needed to kiss me as much as I needed to kiss her. When we finally pulled apart, Regina just stared at me. I started to blush and looked somewhere else but the blonde grabbed my face again, making me look at her.

"Let's go on a date." She stated out of nowhere. I looked at her confused. "A date?" I repeated, the blonde nodded.

"Yeah, we'll eat dinner at some fancy restaurant, then I'll drive us to the dock area, where they have all the street food, and I'll buy you whatever dessert you want, then we'll watch the sunset on one of those tour boats, that tourists are always on." The blonde explained, before I could say anything, she started again. "I put a lot of thought into that."

I let out a soft chuckle. "Well, I'd love that." I told her, giving her a soft peck on the lips, she smiled at me. "So for our project I was thinking we do William Shakespeare." I told her, with a laugh.

She groaned and rolled her eyes. "We're seriously gonna work on it?" She complained.

"Your text said that we would for real work on it! So yes we are!"

"Fine!" She groaned out. "William Shakespeare it is."
