Y/n's POV
Regina had stayed the night, and if I'm being honest, I had the best sleep of my life. However, when I woke up, Regina sadly wasn't there.
I checked my phone to see a text from her, saying that she had left, not too long ago actually. She said she didn't want her mom to worry.
I haven't hung out with Audrey in a while so I decided to call her and ask if she's doing anything. "Hey you busy today?" I asked when she picked up the phone.
"No, why?"
"Wanna go get McDonalds?" I could hear Audrey chuckle a bit before responding. "Sure." She lets out another laugh before continuing. "Pick me up please."
I laugh and nod, then realize she can't see me. "I'll be there in a few." I hang up and start getting ready.
I just put on a random hoodie and jeans, before grabbing the keys, informing my mom that I'll be out.
I text Audrey that I'm out front and a few moments later she comes running out. "I'm starving!" She states, while closing the car door.
"Me too!" I laugh. "I feel like we haven't hung out in forever." I finally admit, Audrey nods in agreement. "Oh my god yeah! We definitely need to start hanging out mir often."
I smile at her before she turns on the radio, the first song to play being 'Not Like Us' by Kendrick Lamar (team Kendrick 💪💪)
Audrey begins to sing along almost immediately. "CERTIFIED LOVER BOY CERTIFIED PEDOPHILE!!!" She screams, I laugh and sing along with her.
"WOP WOP WOP WOP WOP WOP THAT'LL FUCK EM UP!!!"
"WOP WOP WOP WOP WOP WOP IMA DO MY STUFF!!"
Audrey stops singing for a moment. "You know, Drake shouldn't even be getting into beef, like people can use so many things against him!" I laugh, and agree.
We continue to talk about the Kendrick vs Drake beef until I eventually pull up into the McDonald's. We go up to order, and to be honest, I didn't really pay attention to what Audrey ordered.
When it was my turn, I got a happy meal because they're amazing, duh. We got our food and sat down to eat. "So..." Audrey states, popping a fry in her mouth. "Have a crush on any cute boys?" She asks.
Holy shit. Audrey doesn't know I'm gay. I mean I guess it makes sense since I never told her but still. I let out a soft, awkward laugh and shake my head no.
Do I tell her now? In a fucking McDonald's? No because what if she reacts badly. I can't just run away. Shitttttttttttttttt.
I decide to ask Audrey the same question, in which she goes on and on about this guy. I honestly couldn't care less but I listen like the good friend I am.
Once we finish I drive Audrey home. "We have to do this again!" She states, getting out of the car. I smile and nod. "Yeah for sure!"
Imagine she's homophobic...that would be so uhm...cute? I honestly have no clue about her views on gay people, she never brings it up. What the fuck was I going to do?? Better yet, how do I even tell her?
Authors note!
Imagine I make Audrey homophobic 😍😍
I'm not gonna post until this gets 500 comments (I'm trying to buy myself time)
