"Does up against the windows in the tower count?" You giggled behind the shot glass, the smell of tequila invading your senses as you could still taste the last shot on your tongue, and the slight burn lingered in your throat, "If it doesn't...then probably Bryant Park at like midnight behind the fountain."

"Isn't..." Cory trailed off, peering up at the ceiling with a squint, and thinking, "Isn't the fountain...like, doesn't it go all away around? No...no back to it?"

"Yeah." You snorted and they cringed while Valerie laughed, but more at your snort than what you were saying.

"Do dogs drink tequila?" Valerie asked, her voice going high at the end, and you laughed, shaking your head.

The three of you somehow ended up on your kitchen floor, the cool tiles a nice contrast to your warm skin, and a sloppy game of truth or drink was happening while Ollie sat against the front door, silently judging from a distance even though he couldn't see any of you.

"Guyssssss!" Cory suddenly slurred excitedly, tirelessly fishing into their pocket, and you and Valerie watched with a glazed over expression, thinking the few minutes they took to get it out was so fast in your states, "I'm gonna do it."

They dramatically put the small box in the middle of the circle you guys were in and your eyes kept flicking from it to Cory expectantly.

"What is it?" Valerie asked slowly and you snatched it from the middle.

"Not big enough to keep brownies in," You observed, lifting it above your head to examine it at every angle, "Might have like...one cookie in it...but it'd have to be bite size," You sighed, trying and failing to open it, but then mumbling, "Dibs."

"Gimme that." Cory grabbed it back and you pouted.

"Is it a coin?" Valerie asked curiously and you furrowed your eyebrows, scrunching your face when you glanced over at her.

"It's a ring, you dumbasses!" Cory shouted, shaking their head, and then rolling their eyes before carefully falling back so they were lying on their back.

You widened your eyes with a gasp, covering your mouth with both hands, and then looked from Cory to Val before going back to Cory. Without thinking, you crawled over them until your hair was hanging near their face and you were smiling like a maniac, but with the drunkenness you felt, it was a bit droopy.

"I get it," Cory told you plainly, their eyes on yours, "I get why Natasha likes sleeping with you...you look good like this."

"Cheeky bastard." You chuckled and then practically laid on your friend to hug them.

Valerie soon joined the mesh making it a group tackle hug kind of situation.

"What's her name again?" Valerie asked after a long moment of the three of you embracing and you laughed loudly at Cory's answer.

"Jenny and you've met her only about a thousand times you asshole."

"She seems nice." Valerie said, making you smile so hard your cheeks hurt.

"Shut up, I'm still mad at you for sleeping with her brother."

"Oh shit," You smirked, slowly crawling off when Valerie sat up and the tension thickened between them, "When did this happen?"

"Last Halloween while you were with the avengers." Cory told you with a frown and you grimaced, mirroring Valerie's expression.

"I didn't know they were related!"

"They're twins, dumbass!" Cory shouted back and you stifled your laugh with a fist to your mouth.

"You know how I get horny when I'm drunk!" Valerie yelled and your eyebrows shot up in surprise, "Hell, I've hit on both of you before."
