We entered the house, which was very quiet with the lights off. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to walk to Kalem's room with his help. The journey felt long because the house was so big, and it was on the second floor. When we arrived, I turned on the light and closed the door. The first thing I did was look around; I hadn't been in his room before, although he had seen mine.

The place was enormous, with a mini living room featuring a huge TV, a sofa, and armchairs. Behind that was the bed, and there was also a bathroom.

"Whoa, this feels like a presidential suite. It's bigger than my kitchen and living room combined," I said, shaking my head. "Rich people stuff."

Suddenly, I felt Kalem's arms wrap around my waist from behind.

"This will be the first time you sleep in my room, Heather," he whispered near my ear as if someone could hear us. "But you can sleep with me whenever you want."

"Tempting offer, very tempting," I whispered to myself as I felt the fingers of one of his hands brush against my waist.

"You're very tempting to me," he said, leaving a kiss on my ear, then my neck.

"Fair enough," I said, placing my hands on his arms to push away and face him. "You get more affectionate and hot-headed when you drink, Taylor."

"Me?" He raised an eyebrow, though his smile gave him away. I smirked.

"Let's go to bed, Kalem."

"I love it when you say those things," he smiled, looking at me with those good-boy eyes.

A good boy who likes bad things.

Oh, Lord. Please tell me you didn't just think that, Heather Monserrat.

"Just come on," I took his hand and pulled him towards the bed.

Kalem sat on the edge and started taking off his shoes, his shirt, and pants. I got alarmed when I saw his intentions to remove his underwear.

"Hey, what are you doing? We're not doing anything," I stopped him.

"Don't you want to?" His puppy eyes looked at me curiously.

"Kalem, you drowned your sorrows in too much alcohol. It's best if you sleep; you have to get up in a few hours," I put my hands on his shoulders, momentarily distracted by his muscles, but I refocused right away.

Kalem nodded.

"Do you want one of my sweaters to sleep in?" he asked, taking one of my hands while he sat and I stood in front of him.

"Sure, why not?"

"Pick whichever you like," he gave me a side smile and gestured to the closet next to us.

I walked over to it, and the closet seemed like another room. My eyes widened at the amount of clothes.

"Oh, my goodness. Look at this, I'll say it again... Rich people stuff," I said, running my hands over the sweaters. I chose a light blue one. Right there, I took off my clothes and put it on; I couldn't miss Kalem's intense gaze.

I approached him and stretched my arms so he could see, it was too big for me, but it was comfortable.

"I chose this one."

"That's my favorite," he said with a small smile. "Now it's even more because you chose it too."

"Can I keep it?"

"If you promise to wear it to sleep every night," he said with a cute smile, then he reached out his hands to take mine and make me sit on his lap; I wrapped one of my arms around his shoulders, and he held me.
