My interpretations of what the guys would do if they saw a spooder.
Ponyboy: Screams and gets Darry to kill it.
Sodapop: Screams and gets Darry to kill it.
Darry: Kills the spider with a shoe.
Steve: Punches the spider but also punches a hole in the wall on accident.
Johnny: Screams like a girl and flees the premises until somebody kills the spider.
Dally: shoots the spider
Two-Bit: offers it a cigarette then jumps and screams if it moves
