Luffy Love (Luffy x Reader)

Chapter 22

After everyone ate, they all headed to bed. As the night deepened and Zoro had finally went to bed, it was just you and Luffy. You stared out at the sea as Luffy stayed on the lawn and played with the pebbles.

Luffy: "Urrrgggg! What kind of magic do you hold pebbles?!"

You turned to look at him and giggled. You walked over and sat in front of him.

(Y/n): "After my mom died, I sat in a cell and angrily thought the same thing. This dumb little pebble game was the last thing I had of my mom and I couldn't figure it out. But then I realized it wasn't about understanding the way the game worked but enjoying its wonder. I had forgot all about it thanks to (EP/n), but you helped show me exactly what it's about. It's about adventure, waiting to see what comes next."

Luffy stared at you laser focused and then his eyes beamed with joy and a smile filled his lips.

Luffy: *giggles  "Yeah you're right, it is amazing how the pebbles change."

You smiled sweetly at him and then he suddenly tackled you to the ground. He hovered above you using his knees and hands to hold himself up. You held your hands above your head and your cheeks heated up.

(Y/n): *flustered  "L-Luffy can I a-ask you a question?"

Luffy: "Sure!"

(Y/n): *flustered  "D-do you l-like me? The kissing on the neck and the cuddling, d-do you do that with Nami?"

Luffy: "No I don't and yes I do like you. I like you very much."

(Y/n): *flustered  "D-do you know what all t-that stuff means?"

Luffy sat up and pulled you up too, all the way into his lap so you were straddling him. His face inches from yours. You sat slightly higher than him so he had to stare up at you. Your heart started beating out of control and you face got even hotter. You slowly wrapped your arms around his neck.

Luffy: "Yes I do."

(Y/n): *super flustered  "Y-you just d-don't seem the t-type?"

Luffy: *giggles  "Well I am 19, I'm not a total idiot. I do really like you but I don't let this kind of stuff get in the way of my dreams, which is why at night when all I have to do is wait, I can have fun with you. And I can focus on the other thing I look forward to."

You felt your heart skip a beat. He is making time for you! He likes you like really likes you! 

Your thoughts were cut off as Luffy leaned in closer to your face. His eyes were filled with something you had never seen before, seriousness, no not quite. Readiness, no not that either.

Lust.

His lips hovered over yours as he stared into your eyes and without your knowledge your own eyes shone with lust. Then Luffy closed the gap. You lips collided softly as the two of yours' lips moved like a dance with one another. His lips were soft and gentle, the kiss was fiery and loving, and your connection was strong and warm. He sent chills throughout your whole body. 

This kiss was nothing like you had felt before. All of the people who had their way with you before never kissed you like this. There was love and kindness in his kiss. He didn't just want you to want you, he loved you. 

He broke the kiss, which at first you hated. You wanted him to kiss you longer but then a twinge of panic hit you, thinking about the past made you realize that the kiss was the perfect length. You were plagued by awful thoughts but before they could get too bad Luffy kissed your nose which eased the panic.

Luffy: *whispers  "That's all for now. You need time."

Small tears brimmed your eyes and you nodded at his words. Luffy didn't move you and you didn't mind not being moved, you were comfy. He looked up at the sky as large clouds were starting to cover the stars above.

Luffy: "Hmmm, looks like rain."

You hummed in response and laid your chin on his shoulder. He had his arms wrapped around your waits and he slowly started to rock you. 

(Y/n): "I wouldn't mind doing this every night."

Luffy: *giggles  "Okay then."

This is what heaven feels like. For once I'm calm, he isn't making me feel flustered or panicked. I feel like I was meant to be here, I finally feel like I was meant to be here. Who knew Luffy was more cultivated then I thought. I think the others know and they didn't tell me.

A drop of water hit your cheek, you thought you were crying but then another hilt your arm. You looked up and rain was starting to come down. Luffy picked you up holding you the same way you were sitting on him but with one hand as he used the other to stretch down and pick up the pebble game. He walked up the stairs and into the kitchen where he sat you down on a stool. 

Luffy: "Dang rain having to ruin it."

He leaned on the counter with a cute pout on his face. You giggled and cupped his cheek with your hand. His pout faded and he looked at you a little surprised. You smiled lovingly at him.

(Y/n): "Nothing is ruined when I'm with you."

He smiled at you and stood up. He spun you around to face the dining table and stood close to you causing you to lean your back against the counter. You giggled as he closed the distance between you two and started kissing you once again. 

Your lips moved once again in a dance. This time you kept him longer, it turned into a make out session more than just a kiss. Not once did the past come and haunt you, all of your attention was on Luffy and how incredible he was at kissing. 

He finally broke the kiss and the two of you panted. He leaned his forehead one yours keeping his eyes closed.

Luffy: "You're too much."

(Y/n): *giggles  "Sorry, you're just everything I need."
