Chapter 28

(W/n): main boss guy

Sanji: "This isn't good."

Robin: "We won't let that happen."

Nami: " *sigh  Let's go bail our idiot captain out. Me, Sanji, and Brook will try and find that needle with Brook's devil fruit. Usopp, Zoro, Robin, and (Y/n) will go rescue the others."

Sanji: "Anything for you Nami-swan!~"

Usopp: "WHY DO I HAVE TO GO ON THE RESCUE MISSION?!"

Nami: "Because I said so."

Usopp: "AND WHO PUT YOU IN CHARGE!?"

Zoro: "Shut up. We don't have time for this, we have to get Luffy back before they take his devil fruit. Let's go."

Zoro started running toward a stair case that went up as Robin and you followed. Nami stuck her tongue out at Usopp before running off with Brook and Sanji. Usopp whined before following you. 

After several stair cases you found yourself in a huge grand room that was empty and dark. Zoro seemed on edge, Usopp was scared, and Robin was focused. The only thing you felt was worry. Somewhere in the dark you could feel all three of them but you couldn't see them.

??: "Welcome Straw Hats. It is such a pleasure to meet you."

Lights one by one illuminated the space before you and then a huge stage with massive curtains held Chopper, Franky, and Luffy strung up by ropes from the rafters. You felt rage build up in you as blood dripped from Luffy's mouth. Standing center stage was a man with slicked back purple hair, wearing a very sleek black dress suit, and dark purple dress loafers.

(Y/n): "LUFFY!"

??: "Let me introduce you to my stage of wind. I developed this incredible story of wind, its started with a impoverished man and a dream. He helped the small windy town build a beautiful wind city. That man was me, (W/n). But that dream was small, I could rule the whole world if I had the powers of the devil fruits, if I could find a way to take them for myself then I would have my dream. With how strong your captain is, my dream will come true. I know it won't be easy with you around so.... CARLO! MELODY!"

Two people came rolling out of some offshoots of the stage. One of them was actually two, the twins from earlier that took Nami and Robin. The other was Lorie?! 

Carlo (red): "Yah boss?"

Carlo (blue): "Need us ta take out the trash?"

Melody: "Are these pirates bothering you sir?"

(W/n): "End them so we can become the best."

Carlo raced toward Zoro both swinging massive swords and Melody jumped at Robin.

(W/n): "And as for you little girl, I'm going to use you for my other goal."

He smiled deviously at you as you store daggers in return. Usopp stood behind you aiming his Kabuto. In a single blink, (W/n) was gone from the stage and Usopp was collapsed next to you. You turned in horror as blood trickled around him, (W/n) grabs you by your throat and holds you up.

(W/n): "See not only do I need Straw Hat Luffy's powers but all of the strongest devil fruits on the sea. (EP/n) was a good friend of mine turned rival, he told me how valuable you were to him. I can use you to hurt the strongest people an-"

A fist came whizzing by you and sending him flying. When you hit the ground you looked toward the stage to see Luffy now standing on it with a very injured Chopper and Franky with him. 

Zoro: *struggled  "Took you three long enough."

Chopper: "Sorry there was a lot of bad guys."

Chopper collapsed on the floor.

Chopper: "That woman is no joke. I'm sorry you guys I don't think I can fight anymore."

Franky sat down with a sigh.

Franky: "Thanks for coming you guys, sorry for worrying you. I'm out of cola so I'll leave it to you."

Robin: "No sweat, we can handle it."

You looked over to Luffy as he put his hat back on and then took a deep breath.

Luffy: "HEY PURPLE GUY!!!"

Out of the debris, (W/n) stood anger soaking his slightly bruised face.

Luffy: "DON'T YOU EVER PUT YOUR HAND ON (Y/n) EVER AGIN!!!!"

You watched in awe of Luffy, he's the sweetest.

The fighting commenced, Zoro and the Carlo twins exchanged swords. Robin made a giant version of herself as the Melody woman started making... doubles of herself?! Luffy and (W/n) were locked in an intense battle of devil fruits, Luffy with his gear 2 and (W/n) with wind attacks. 

You shook out of your shook and rushed to Usopp. You turned him over to see he had a small puncture in his left shoulder. He was alive but unconscious, you picked him up and brought him to Chopper and Franky.

Chopper: "Is he okay (Y/n)?:"

(Y/n): "Yeah he's okay. I'm gonna help Robin, you guys stay safe."

You jumped off the stage and began turning your hand at some of the doubles, they withered away in pain but the Lories kept coming. Robin's big replica swatted many of them away and she made many hands to hold others in place so you could get rid of them. 

Zoro slashed it out with the two Carlos, they were strong and played dirty. Small slashes appeared on him as they dueled, they weren't as good as Zoro but because they fought together it made it hard for Zoro to get a hit on either of them. 

Other Straw-Hat POVs:

Nami, Brook, and Sanji walked through the many corridors of this weird basement dungeon. It was empty with nothing but rats and empty cells.

Nami: "What are we even looking for? Maybe we should have joined the others, that is probably where the rest of your devil fruit it."

Sanji: "At this point I think you're right. There is nothing down here."

Brook: "It's down here."

Nami and Snaji stopped as Brook continued to walk.

Nami: "How do you know?"

Brook: "I can feel it. Like a part of me is floating somewhere down here."

Sanji:"Hmmm, well hurry up and find it so we can go help the others."

Brook stopped in front of a door.

Brook: "Through this door I know it."

Nami and Sanji prepared themselves as Brook pushed open the door.

Okay soooooooo...... yikes. It has been a real hot minute. I'm sorry about that, I fell out of One Piece and then like got busy. But yeah a hot piece of garbage as a chapter because I have no idea what the fuck I'm writing. If y'all hate it, let me know I'll rewrite it. I sort of know where this story is going I just reeeeaaaaaaalllllyyyyy don't wanna write the fighting stuff soooo that's why I'm struggling. I wanted to write up to chapter 30 today but I lost motivation. I'm gonna take a break and if I have time I'll try to write at least one more chapter. 

I will finish this I promise. I'm about to go on a trip so I might write more while I'm there.
