Luffy Love (Luffy x Reader)

Chapter 20

The party lasted almost all night, eventually, everyone fell asleep one after the other. Somehow Luffy ended up falling asleep in your lap. You sat on the ground against the tree log you were all sitting on with Luffy's head rested in your lap, you stared out at the luminescent bugs and plants as you pet Luffy's head. A huge smile was spread on your face, you were happy to be apart of this crew but you were also happy the cutest boy was sleeping on you. He was adorable and for once not sleeping like a menace, he was still and allowed small snores to escape his slightly parted lips. 

His velvet black hair was soft as your hand passed through it, he was warm which helped the cold air that surrounded the arbor. You finally looked away from the beautiful scenery and down at Luffy who has his eyes half open. You smiled at him and he rubbed his eyes  before smiling back.

Luffy: "What are you doing up (Y/n)?"

(Y/n): "Shhh. *whispers  Don't wake the others."

Luffy looked around as Usopp and Robin stirred.

Luffy: *whispers "Sorry."

(Y/n): *quiet giggle *whispers  "I couldn't sleep, I'm too excited to go to the next island. Everything with you is so much fun. Why are you awake Luffy?"

Luffy shrugged before standing up and stretching.

Luffy: *whispers  "I think I'm also too excited for the next adventure."

He turned back to you as you beamed at him, he motioned his hand to get up and you looked back at him confused. He did it again and this time you stood. He then sat in your spot and patted the ground between his legs. Your cheeks heated up and you hesitantly sat down, you were rested between his legs and leaned back into his chest where he then wrapped his arms around you. Your heart beat quickened but he was warm and comfy, you looked up to look at his face and you saw him looking up through the trees as if he was seeing the sky yet it was completely covered by the leaves.   

You looked back down and nuzzled yourself into his arms. His arms squeezed tighter around you and he leaned his chin on your shoulder.

Luffy: *whispers  "I told you we'd do more of this."

(Y/n): *gulp  *flustered whisper  "L-Luffy please I c-can't."

Luffy began kissing your neck again, this time making sure not to leave any evidence. You covered your mouth with your hand to stifle the moans. Why is this so amazing? I think I love him? Why am I letting him do this to me? He should get a taste of his own medicine.

You leaned up onto your knees making Luffy stop, you turned around pouting as a deep crimson was spread on your cheeks. He looked at you confused and then you sat on his lap with your legs wrapping around him. You placed your hands on his chest and leaned into the crook of his neck. You then started licking his neck, Luffy shivered in response. You kissed and licked without leaving any marks, Luffy had to bite his tongue to stifle his own moans.

He placed his hands on your hips and squeezed every time you kissed or licked his neck, he then moaned your name quietly into your ear. For some reason you were then struck with fear, all your memories from (EP/n) hit you and you started freaking out. 

You shoved Luffy away and backed away as far as possible, breathing heavily. You were panicking and before you bumped into Franky, Luffy stretched his arms and grappled you dragging you toward him. He wrapped you up in his arms and placing a hand on the back of your head. 

Luffy: *whispers  "I'm sorry (Y/n)! I shouldn't have done that, please calm down it's just me."

Your breathing slowed at his words as tears trickled down your cheeks. You wrapped your arms around Luffy's neck and began crying. Idiot. You're letting (EP/n) get to you again. Push all that stuff out, this is Luffy. He is sweet, funny, and super strong. He won't hurt you.

(Y/n): *cry whisper  "I-I'm sorry Luffy, this just... used to be my life I'm not-"

Before you could finish, Luffy leaned you back keeping your arms around his neck but you could see his face. He smiled sweetly at you and then kissed the tip of your nose. Your tears stopped falling and instead sat at the far corners of your eyes.

Luffy: *whispers  "Don't ever apologize for your past, and don't cry either. It makes your pretty cheeks stained. I'm here for you (Y/n) whenever you need me. The whole crew too. Now sleep, so we can start our next adventure."

He pulls you back into him and pets your head. You smile and nuzzle into him, his rhythmic petting causing you to drift to sleep. 

Morning...

??: "Aw aren't they adorable."

??: "Don't joke like that! This is wrong! My sweet (Y/n) laying like this with him!"

??: "I think you're just jealous it's not you.~"

??: "YOU WANT TO DIE USOPP!"

Voices started entering your sleep and you slowly opened your eyes. You turned your head to see Nami, Robin, Usopp, and Sanji standing over you. You turned over and sat facing them while rubbing your eyes.

(Y/n): *yawn  "Good morning everyone."

Usopp: "Had a nice sleep?~"

Nami: "Yeah, you looked sooo comfy.~"

Sanji: "PLEASE TELL ME THIS WAS A MISTAKE MY LOVELY (Y/n)!"

You gave them all a confused look which caused Robin to point behind you. You turned to look behind you and there was Luffy fast asleep. The memories from last night came back to you which made your face go on fire. You whipped your head back around to look at them to see three smug faces and one sad/concerned one. 

(Y/n): *flustered  "It's not what it looks like! IhadanightmareandLuffywasawakesohecomfortedmetomakemefeelbetterandthenIfellasleep!"

Nami: "If you like him just say so."

Sanji: "Nami don't say stuff like that!"

Robin: "Yes it would be really sweet to see our captain in love."

Sanji: "Not you too Robin!"

The three walked away talking about how cute the two of you were as Sanji walked behind them gloomily. You got up and dusted yourself off. You then tapped Luffy with your foot which caused him to jump awake.

Luffy: *groggy  "Wha- What happened?"

Even waking up he is adorable.

(Y/n): "Nothing, we are leaving. You ready to go?"

You smiled down at him and he looked at you very groggily, but then he shook his head and jumped up. He placed his hat on his head and beamed you his signature smile.

Luffy: "Yes! To the next island!"
