Vacation: Day 10
It was the tenth day of Y/n's vacation, and the young man went to take a look at the observatory.
When he entered, he noticed a silhouette.
"Why isn't it working?" Whoever the silhouette was, they were hitting something.
The young man slowly approached to check it out. He saw Snow White investigating.
"You come to the Outpost and break into the observatory?" Y/n asked.
Snow White paused when she recognized the voice and turned around, "Y/n?"
"Yes?"
Snow White gestured for the young man to come over, "You're in time. Can you help me out?"
"How about answering my question?" Y/n said, walking over.
"What are you doing here?"
"I heard you can find lots of Raptures around here."
Snow White was slightly frustrated as she couldn't figure out how to use the machine before her.
"Don't you have anything else better to do than hunt Raptures?"
"Raptures are elusive. They aren't easy to find or get away from when you find them."
Snow White continued, "I'm following up on every possible new opening. I'm open to any method that will help me."
Snow White didn't want to see anyone else murdered by a Rapture.
"Do you know how to use this thing? I've tried everything, but I'm not getting anywhere."
Y/n's lips twitched as he saw Snow White reach out to a button and press it. The young man slapped the Pilgrim's hand.
"Stop touching stuff."
Y/n explained to Snow White how to use the Surface Observation Device.
"Wow, it's clear!" Snow White said with slight amazement.
The Pilgrim could see the Raptures flocking together. She could see their coordinates and roughly how many there were.
"So, all these red dots are Raptures, right?" Y/n nodded.
"This is nifty! I will be able to track down Raptures with precision."
"Thank you, Y/n."
"Do you think it would be alright if I could come here and check on the Raptures' whereabouts from time to time?"
"I don't care."
"Perfect. Thanks."
Snow White rushes off, leaving Y/n alone in the Observatory. Y/n heard the sound of the doors opening and turned around.
He saw Rapi walking over to him, "Commander, did I see a Pilgrim run out of here?"
"It was Snow White being a curious person," Y/n said, walking past Rapi.
"By the way, Commander, Mighty Tools are at the command center," Rapi informed.
Y/n nodded
Entering the command center, Liter, Centi, and Volt seemed to be waiting for him.
"Hey, Greenhorn! You're making me work hard, huh?" Liter smirk.
"I don't know anyone else who would help."
Y/n looked at Centi, "Aren't you supposed to be on vacation?"
"This girl can't sit still when it comes to building," Liter said.
