AIDEN'S POV

I took a deep breath, steeling myself for the conversation that would undoubtedly alter the course of my life.

With a mix of fear and determination, I approached my parents and spoke the words that had been weighing heavily on my heart.

"Mother, father, there's something I need to tell you," I began, my voice quivering slightly. Their eyes fixed upon me, expectant yet unaware of the revelation that awaited them. "I'm in love with Eleanor, and I'm getting married to her."

The room fell into a stunned silence, punctuated only by the sound of my own racing heartbeat.

Then, without warning, anger erupted from my parents like a tempest, casting aside any semblance of reason or understanding.

They shouted, throwing objects across the room in a fit of rage.

Their words were filled with disappointment and disapproval, lashing out at me with a force I had never witnessed before.

The weight of their anger crashed upon me, threatening to drown out the love I held for Eleanor and the life we had created.

Desperate to make them understand, I pleaded with them, my voice trembling with emotion. "Please, try to understand. Eleanor means everything to me. We're facing this together, and I want to be there for her and our child. Love knows no bounds, and I can't turn my back on them."

But my words seemed to fall on deaf ears, their anger clouding their ability to comprehend the depth of my feelings.

As their wrath continued to rain down upon me, I realized that their disappointment stemmed not only from their own dreams shattered but also from a lack of understanding and acceptance.

It was painful to witness the chasm that had formed between us, a divide that seemed insurmountable.

Yet, even in the face of their fury, I held onto my love for Eleanor and the bond we shared. I knew that our love was worth fighting for, that the arrival of our child was a miracle that deserved celebration, not condemnation.

With a heavy heart, I made a decision. Recognizing that their anger would not dissipate easily, I chose to prioritize the well-being of Eleanor and our unborn child.

I knew I had to create a safe and nurturing environment for them, shielding them from the anguish that permeated my family's home.

Resolute, I whispered a final plea before turning away. "I love Eleanor, and I will stand by her side no matter what. I hope one day you can find it in your hearts to accept her and our child. Until then, I must do what is right for us."

Leaving behind their shouts and the shattered remnants of their disappointment, I walked away, carrying the weight of their anger and my own heartache.

But within me, a flicker of hope burned bright, fueled by the love I held for Eleanor and the life we were creating together.
