9:30 pm

As night fell and the neighborhood settled into a peaceful slumber, one house remained anything but quiet.

Aiden, unable to contain his anger and concern any longer, stormed into Eleanor's bedroom, determined to confront her about the horrific incident involving Alice earlier.

The neighbors, who had been keeping a watchful eye on the situation, tensed as they heard Aiden's footsteps echoing through the house.

They knew that the tension between him and Eleanor was scart, and they feared that the confrontation would only escalate the situation further.

In the other room, Alice, her heart heavy with fear and sadness, curled up on the floor, her hands pressed against her ears to drown out the sound of her mother and Aiden's heated argument.

Tears streamed down her face as she cried silently, her anger and pain mingling in a cacophony of emotions.

"WHAT WAS THAT ALL ABOUT, ELEANOR? WHAT HAPPENED EARLIER, YOU REALLY ARE A MESS! HOW CAN YOU EVEN ABUSE OUR CHILD LIKE THAT AND THREATEN EVERYONE TO KILL HER!"

"I WAS DOING THAT BECAUSE OUR NEIGHBORS WERE ANNOYING!"

Eleanor, her defenses crumbling under Aiden's unyielding gaze, found herself unable to meet his eyes.

Aiden yelled, "WHAT YOU DID IS ATTEMPTED MURDER! YOU ARE A MONSTER!"

The tension between Aiden and Eleanor had reached a breaking point, and their once quiet argument had transformed into a violent and chaotic struggle.

As they fought, their bodies collided with the furniture and walls, leaving a trail of destruction in their house.

Their screams and the sound of their bodies crashing against one another echoed through the house, piercing the silence of the night like a thousand needles.

Alice, still huddled in her room, listened to the sounds of her mother and Aiden's violent fight, her heart aching with a mixture of fear, sadness, and anger.

She knew that this was not the life she wanted for herself or the people she loved.

Aiden's anger and desperation reached a boiling point as he continued to yell at Eleanor, his voice echoing through the house like a thunderous storm.

"YOU TRICKED ALL OF US!"

His frustration and fear for Alice's well-being had reached an all-time high, and he felt that drastic measures were necessary.

Ignoring Eleanor's desperate attempts to intervene, Aiden stormed into Alice's room, his heart pounding in his chest.

He grabbed Alice's hand, his grip tight and unyielding, as he looked her straight in the eyes and made a promise that would change their lives forever.

"We will leave, Alice," he whispered hoarsely, his voice trembling with emotion. "We will go far away from here, and we will start a new life where no one will ever hurt you like this again."

Eleanor, her heart breaking at the sight of her daughter's tears and Aiden's determination, tried one last time to reason with him. "Aiden, please, we need to find a better way. We can't just run away from our problems."

But Aiden was beyond reasoning. His mind was consumed by the need to protect Alice, and he saw no other option but to leave.

The physical altercation between him and Eleanor escalated, their bodies colliding as they fought with all their might.

Alice, her heart aching with the pain of her parents, continued to cry, her tears falling like raindrops on the cold, hard floor.

Eleanor and Aiden, both holding onto their daughter, Alice, struggled to maintain their grip as they fought over her.
