Vani's pov –

"Ironman." I said taking no second to answer.

"That was fast." He replied laughing. "Most girls usually go for Captain America, chocolate boy type, you know?"

"Yeah, but Ironman is hot. Tony stark is so intelligent, that's what makes him more attractive. Captain America is more towards the cuter side." I gave him my analysis.

"Hmm, intelligence is attractive." He agreed.

Conversing with him about some topics in-depth while also discussing about absolutely random stuff made me feel very comfortable with him. I usually take time to adjust with new people and to have a good, deep conversation with someone, I need to know them very well.

Rehan and Elaine's boyfriend, James, were the only two men who I met during college and who didn't know me since childhood. I took a long time to get used to them and though they were sweet to me always, I just didn't feel comfortable at that time, but now I can truly trust both the guys, even though one of them is my ex-boyfriend.

But with Milo, I feel like I can trust him easily. It feels like I've known him for a long time and that we're really good friends. It'll be cool if we continue our friendship back home too. I'd like to hang out with him more after this trip is over.

"... and then she told me that she thinks I'm different. I mean how could she compare me to her ex-boyfriend and then tell me I'm different. She had very contradictory thoughts." He was yapping about something one of his flings told him. "Don't you think it's extremely weird to compare your current date with your ex-boyfriend?"

"Well, yeah. Obviously that's weird." I replied.

"Oh, that takes me to my next question." He spoke.

"What? Have I ever dated?" I asked for him and he nodded with a smile. "Yeah, I've dated two guys before. What about you?"

"Two guys?" He asked.

"Yeah, how about you?"

"So, you've dated two people?"

"Yes, what about YOU?" I asked, a little irritated this time.

"No, I haven't dated." He replied.

"What? I don't believe that." I said knowing he must be joking.

"No, I'm serious. I mean I've had flings but not a real relationship. Nothing physical, not even a kiss."

"But you're a good guy, then how?"

"I have never put that much thought into wanting to date, you know. I want to be sure of someone to be with them for a longer time, only then they'll get me completely." He said seriously and I nodded. "But after looking at you, I'm starting to get serious about you." He smirked.

"Moving on..." I said ignoring him.

"Wait, wait. Why did you break up though, like with both of your previous boyfriends?"

"Well, my first boyfriend was when I was in high school. But two of my close friends, the ones I bought those bracelets for, would kind of scare my boyfriend away. More like, my boyfriend was afraid of them. They were older to us, they're both like my older brothers, actually. They're very protective of me though." I told him. "And my other boyfriend, well he's more of a recent one. We broke up a year and half ago. We were friends first and then he asked me out, I agreed to him without thinking and yeah things were great. He's a very good guy too. But being with him didn't really make a difference, you know. Like it was very much like how we were as friends. So, we broke up. We're still friends though, not as close as before but yeah, I just didn't want to lose him as a friend. I guess I'm lucky that he's kind enough to want to be friends with me."
