Adhya’s POV:
The day of our engagement had finally arrived. My family’s home was a flurry of activity as relatives and friends gathered to celebrate. The rituals were carried out with precision, everyone’s faces glowing with happiness and anticipation. I wore a beautiful traditional outfit, and Adishh looked dashing in his attire. The day was perfect, but the butterflies in my stomach wouldn’t settle. There was an underlying excitement that wasn’t just about the engagement itself.
Couple performances, family dances, and games had everyone laughing and enjoying themselves. Trishul and Advish, took charge of teasing the couples and coordinating the fun. I caught sight of Adi watching me with a smile on his face, and my heart fluttered. I felt a wave of excitement wash over me at the thought of marrying this amazing man.
Finally, it was time for the ceremony to begin. As I stood before him, I felt like my knees were going to give out from under me. But when our eyes met, the rest of the world faded away. I knew in that moment that I was meant to be with him. We were two people who found each other, and it was almost like fate had brought us together. As he gazed into my eyes, a soft smile appeared on his face. "Are you ready?" he asked, his voice soft and gentle. "I am," I replied, and we linked our hands as the ceremony began.
As the evening progressed, the dinner was served, and the photo session began. People gathered around, posing and capturing memories. Just as it was our turn, Adishh excused himself, saying he had an urgent call to attend to.
I watched him walk away, my heart pounding with anticipation. Just five minutes later, a roar of an engine filled the air. The guests turned towards the entrance, their eyes widening in surprise. A Himalayan bike, sleek and powerful, rolled into the venue, the rider clad in a leather jacket and helmet. The biker made a beeline towards me, extending his hand.
"Your chariot awaits, princess," he said, but I was shocked, confused. He pulled my hand and drag towards his bike, the bike's engine roaring once more. I looked over my shoulder.
As we rode off into the distance, I saw Adishh's father chasing after us. They he was stopped my Adish.
Advish’s POV:
When they finally left the venue, I stepped forward to explain. “Plan executed well,” I said with a grin for Trishul Anna.
My paapa, looked utterly confused. “What’s going on here?” he asked, his voice a mix of anger and bewilderment.
I chuckled, trying to ease the tension. “It’s on their bucket list, paapa. Adhya SIL always wanted to run away from her engagement with her boyfriend. And since her boyfriend and fiancé are the same person, we made it happen.”
My father shook his head, exasperation clear on his face. “This is not the time for jokes, Advish. Look at her mother; she’s worried sick.”
I glanced at Adhya’s mother, who did indeed look very concerned. I walked over to her, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder. “Aunty, it was all planned. They’re fine, see? They just needed a little adventure before settling down.”
She looked from me to Adhya and back again, slowly starting to understand. “You kids and your crazy ideas,” she muttered, but I could see the relief in her eyes.
Finally I inconvenienced everyone.... Uff being a younger one is so risky....
Adishh’s POV:
As we rode through the city, the feeling of freedom and excitement surged through me. The streets were alive with the sounds and lights of the evening, but all I could focus on was Adhya, holding on to me tightly, her laughter ringing in my ears.
After a while, we stopped at a small ice cream parlor, one of her favorite spots. We ordered our favorite flavors and sat on the bench outside, savoring the sweet, cold treat.
“This is insane,” Adhya said, her eyes sparkling with mischief. “I can’t believe we actually did it.”
I chuckled, taking her hand in mine. "It was the best idea you've ever come up with." She was clearly excited.
I nodded, a soft smile playing on her lips. “I do remember. But I didn’t think we’d actually pull it off.”
“Well, we did,” I said, leaning in to kiss her gently. “And it’s perfect. Just like this moment.”
As we sat there, lost in each other, I felt a deep sense of contentment. This was what I had always wanted – to be with Adhya, to share these crazy, beautiful moments with her.
After finishing our ice cream, we took a slow ride back to the venue, enjoying the calm of the evening. As we approached, I could see the worried faces of our families, especially our parents. My father looked particularly concerned, while Adhya’s mother seemed on the verge of tears.
Adhya’s POV:
With everyone finally calming down and nice class for all four of us trishul was not exceptional it even I got soft hitting too, we rejoined the festivities. The guests had recovered from their initial shock and were now buzzing with excitement over our little escapade. It added an unexpected twist to the evening, something that would be remembered for years to come.
We danced to a slow song and he held me in his arms, my body pressed up against his. I loved the way he felt – strong and secure, but also soft and gentle. His eyes locked on mine, and I felt a wave of heat rush through me.
We danced together, a smile on his face as we moved slowly around the floor. "I'm so glad I found you," he whispered, leaning into my embrace.
"So am I," I replied softly, pressing his lips to my forehead.
