Glory immediately ate the second guava she had (sort of) stolen. After that, she went over to Firefly's room and quickly noticed she wasn't there. Where is she? Glory thought.
Glory looked in every room and looked in every small space, she was no where to be found.
Deathbringer came out of the kitchen and say her face expression and scale color. "What's wrong?" Deathbringer asked. "Nothing!" She responded, changing her scale color. Glory quickly walked away. Where could she be?!
Glory was quick to realize that there were juicy talon prints going toward the balcony. Glory quickly made her way to the balcony, only to find that her daughter had somehow snuck a mango before she left.
"Firefly! Don't wander off like that for moons sake! And where in the heck did you get that mango?!" Firefly looked at her in shock, having not realized Glory had snuck up behind her. "Sorry mom, I found the mango on the floor by the table and brought it with me."
Glory sighed. Could she ever get a break?! "It's fine Firefly" Glory said, still a bit frustrated. Glory tried her best to keep the orange out of her scales while she spoke. Purple, I am purple. Glory's mental thinking surprisingly worked!
Hewph, my daughter shouldn't know that I'm a bit irritated.
"Please make sure to ask if you can have some fruit first though please, and make sure to not run off and not tell at least one of us where you are going." "Yes mommy"
Glory walked back to the kitchen and saw that Deathbringer was gone.
Finally, some peace and quiet.
