Chapter Twenty Two - My guard and my Boyfriend?

Firefly watched as Deathbringer and Glory questioned Stargazer about Anaconda. 

"Do you know why she wants revenge?"

"Do you know who she wants revenge on?"

"Do you know what caused her hatred?"

"Do you know where she might be hiding?"

Firefly didn't really listen very much to any of the other questions until she heard the conversation switch from questions to serious conversation.

"Stargazer, it is going to be a dangerous task, but if you would, I would like if  you could be her body guard." Glory said. Firefly looked at them both with wide eyes, she turned a bright yellow of shock. "It won't stop your relationship with her. It'll just mean it's your duty to guard her." "I accept Queen Glory of the RainWings and NightWings. It would be my honor."

"Thank you Stargazer, I suspect Anaconda does not know of this place. It would be great if you could keep her safe here. Once we are sure there is no more threat, she may come back with us to live in the Royal hut if she wants to. Stargazer, you may live there as well if you would like to. Knowing my daughter, I will soon probably have to say Prince Stargazer."

Both Stargazer and Firefly took a bit to really get what she said, but when they did, they were left in shock.

She would be living with Stargazer until it was declared safe?! And then he would live with them if he wants to and be considered as a soon to be Prince?! Was this a dream?!

I don't think this is a dream Firefly... I think this is real.

You can communicate telepathically?!

Yep

Since when?

Since a long time.

Can I communicate with you telepathically?

Only if I'm nearby and listening to your mind.

Ok! This way we can-

"Are you two alright?" Queen Glory asked. Uh oh, we were being too quiet. "Yes Mother, we are fine." Firefly said. "Ok, good. Me and your dad should get going now." Firefly walked over to her parents. "Thank you" she whispered in their ears before hugging them goodbye.

Me and Stargazer are going to be ok... we will be ok, as long as we have each other...
