Park Joonwoo's conviction was a disaster for the Earth Planet Company. Pretty much everything had come to a standstill as a new managerial position was needed. And for Yeonjun, it was just unfamiliar to get together with all the artists in the entire company. He spotted Jeongguk in the distance, just raised his hand in greeting and then watched as more and more people gathered. Choi Soobin, the newest trainee in Eclipse, stood next to him like an insecure puppy. But that was hardly surprising after Yeonjun had learned that he had not been spared Joonwoo's attacks either.

The soloist's thoughts briefly turned to Beomgyu, who was no doubt spending his free time next to Soyeon's sickbed or moving some of her things into his apartment.

Yeonjun thought it was sweet how much the young actor cared for his best friend and felt his heart skip a beat just thinking about it. Beomgyu was an extremely good person, perhaps even too good. However, his brooding was interrupted by Jeongguk, who stepped closer and joined the group, his gaze serious and thoughtful. "It's really bad what happened to Joonwoo," he remarked, his tone revealing the deep concern he felt for the situation. You could tell from the undertone that he didn't want to address the two young men directly about the situation, but Yeonjun could also tell that he felt guilty for not knowing about it.

"Yes, it's a difficult time for all of us," Yeonjun merely agreed and tried to focus his thoughts on the upcoming meeting.

Choi Soobin looked nervous next to them, his eyes darting over the assembled faces as if he wasn't sure how to behave in this situation. Yeonjun could understand that it was overwhelming for the young trainee to suddenly be with so many experienced artists, especially under these circumstances. "W-who do you think will follow in his footsteps?" he asked cautiously.

Hissing, Jeongguk looked around the room, saw many familiar but also unfamiliar faces and then shrugged his shoulders. "Someone who doesn't act like Joonwoo did."

Soobin pressed his lips together uncertainly. "But how would anyone know? With ... him, it's been secret for a long time too and no one knew about it."

Yeonjun could feel the tension in the air when the subject turned to Joonwoo's secrets and the way they had come to light. It was a painful topic for everyone involved, and the uncertainty of who would succeed Joonwoo only added to the tension. He looked at Soobin sympathetically and could see the uncertainty in the young trainee's eyes. As a member of Eclipse, Soobin belonged to the part of the team that was directly affected by Joonwoo's actions, so the uncertainty about the future was obviously weighing on him.

And Soobin's words also left a bitter taste in Yeonjun's mouth.

It was hard to believe that someone could betray as much trust as Joonwoo, and yet it had happened. Reality was often more complicated than expected, and sometimes you had to learn to be suspicious, even of those you held in the highest regard.

"We all have to be vigilant," Yeonjun finally murmured, his thoughts more on himself than on the others. "Trust is important, but we can't be naive. We have to support each other and look out for each other."
