As you left, Porco lets out a heavy sigh and leaning against the wall, his mind racing with conflicting thoughts.
He mutters to himself, „Damn that woman.
She's got nerves, that's for sure. But there's something about her that I can't quite put my finger on....No, no. I can't let myself get distracted."
As Porco went about his duties, his mind couldn't help but wanders back to the woman who seemed to have infiltrated his thoughts. He couldn't deny the strange mix of annoyance and curiosity you stirred within him. But for now, he pushes those thoughts aside.

One week later

As the sun rises, you, the Marleyan prisoner, is working in a nearby garden. Pieck, a stoic and intelligent woman, approaches you as you toil in the dirt.
She greets you casually. „Hey there, I hear you're helping out in the garden.
You are looking up to her.
„Yes, l have to keep myself busy."

Pieck nods in understanding, taking a moment to observe your work in the garden.
"Keeping busy helps time pass a bit faster in this place, doesn't it?"
„Yeah! And thanks that I can do training with you."
Pieck smiles, appreciating your enthusiasm.
„You're welcome."
„And don't worry, I won't try to escape. It wouldn't do me any good. Where should I go...swim across the sea?"
„Oh, don't worry, we know you're not stupid enough to try to swim across the sea. After all, it's clear you're smart enough to recognize the foolishness of escape attempts."
„But please tell me, have you heard anything from my comrades? Are they still alive? What about Hange, she was still trying to save me when suddenly Galliard appeared." You sound a little desperate, but you don't want to force Pieck to answer.

Pieck's expression becomes serious as she ponders the question.
„I understand your concern for your comrades, but I regret to say that I don't have any recent intel on their status."
„That's what I thought. It's bad not knowing what happened to them. But I really hope they're still alive....No, I know they're still alive. They're really tough."
„You are absolutely right. Those from the survey corps are a resilient bunch and tough as nails. It takes a lot to bring them down. So it's natural to hold onto that hope."

„But there is one thing I don't understand, why did Galliard save me from the Titan if I am the enemy?"
„Galliard has always been known for his fierce and merciless nature towards our enemies. It's strange indeed that he would choose to rescue you, a member of the opposite side. Perhaps there is more to his actions than meets the eye." Pieck also did not know why her comrade had acted like that.

You notice that Galliard is coming. You pretend not to see him and say to Pieck, „And you know what, I find the Cart Titan much stronger anyway. At least he's useful, unlike the Jaw Titan. What can the Jaw titan do other than bite?"
Pieck can't help but laugh at your remark, appreciating your attempt at humor.
„Well, you have a point there. The Cart Titan certainly has its uses. But you can't underestimate the Jaw Titan's bite. When wielded by the right shifter, it can be quite formidable."

Galliard appears behind them, overhearing their conversation.
He scoffs, „Oh, is that so? You think the Cart Titan is more useful than the mighty Jaw Titan, huh?"
„Yes I think so. I like the Cart titan! And his holder is also much kinder! And now I go and make the plants on the other side of the garden...Bye Pick and you, the mighty Jaw titan."

When you are out of sight, Pieck speaks first: „She likes to annoy you."
Porco grumbles, his irritation evident.
„She's a sassy one, that's for sure. Always has something smart to say to get a rise out of me."
„You say that as if you don't secretly enjoying her sarcastic remarks.", Pieck grins.
Porco's eyes widens in surprise, he replies, trying to deflect.
„Enjoy? Hah! No, no, it's quite annoying, actually. I find her remarks more irritating than amusing."
Pieck laughs softly, not buying his denial.
„You can lie to yourself all you want, Porco, but I see right through you."

Porco huffs, still trying to deny any pleasure in your teasing.
„Hah, what a ridiculous notion. There's nothing remotely enjoyable about being constantly mocked. I mean, she even called me Pocki! Can you believe it?"
„Oh, lighten up, Porco. It's just a little bit of banter and teasing. Besides, being called Pocki isn't necessarily a bad thing. It could be a cute nickname, you know." Pieck replies calmly.
The young soldier clenches his teeth as he tries to suppress his irritation, retorts grumbling: „A cute nickname? Hah! What a joke. It's an insult, Pieck. I mean, who the heck wants to be called Pocki of all things? Especially by someone like her."

Pieck shrugs, still smiling mischievously.
„After all, there's an endearing quality to those playful retorts, isn't there? Maybe you should embrace it, Porco. It's not a bad thing to let your guard down sometimes and have a little fun."
Porco tries to maintain his grumpy demeanor.
„Yeah, right. And have her make an even bigger fool out of me? No thanks. I'd rather keep her at arms' length than risk falling for that charming nonsense. Besides, when have you ever seen me let my guard down?"

„Oh, Porco, you might think you're always keeping your guard up, but sometimes, your true feelings slip out, whether you like it or not. And as for the "charming nonsense" you mentioned, sometimes its worth giving in a little, you know. You might just discover something unexpected."
Porco crosses his arms and sighs, contemplating Piecks words.
„She knows how to push my buttons. But that doesn't mean I'm going to let her get away with it."

Later

You are finishwith planting, which you really enjoy! As you pass the training ground, you see Porco training shirtless. You look at him furtively.
You can't help but steal glances at his muscular physique, noticing how the sweat glistens on his chest as he moves with precision and power.

Pieck, who has caught your wandering glances, approaches you with a knowing smile.
„Enjoying the view, are we?"
You blush and turn to Pieck, caught off guard by her question.
You stutter a bit,  „What? No, I was just... I was just passing by, that's all! I didn't mean to stare or anything!"
Pieck chuckles softly, seeing through your attempts to deny the truth.
Pieck reassures you.
„Hey, it's okay. We all sneak glances every now and then. There's nothing wrong with appreciating a good view, right? And it seems like you found the perfect opportunity to do so while Porco is preoccupied with his training."

„Anyway, I should get back to work." You reluctantly turn away and walk back towards the garden, your mind still lingering on the image of a shirtless Porco training fiercely.
Pieck smiles to herself, knowing that there might be more to your interest in him than meets the eye.
