After the intense battle, it remains a stalemate. Eren and Zeke were unable to make contact, despite their shared objective, and Eren is now in the hands of the Survey Corps. This turn of events would have major repercussions on both sides. The Survey Corps, under the command of Hange Zoe, would be responsible for questioning and potentially extracting information from Eren. The exact methods they would use, their intentions, and the impact this would have on Eren's mental state remain uncertain.

In the aftermath of the inconclusive battle, Marley, including the injured Reiner and Pieck and the other injured soldiers, withdraw from the battlefield. They leave behind a landscape marked by destruction and the memory of a confrontation without a clear winner.

...

After Porco awakes again, he finds himself in a cell. The realization of his situation hits him, and he glances around, taking in his surroundings. The cold, hard surface of the cell's floor and walls feels foreign and unfamiliar after the chaos of the battlefield.
As the daze fades from his mind, Porco fully appreciates his predicament. He is a prisoner now, isolated from allies and with an uncertain fate ahead.

He slowly pushes himself up into a sitting position, wincing as he moves his aching body. His eyes dart around the cell, searching for any means of escape or comfort, but the place is almost barren.
Porco's situation worsens as he realizes that his ankles and wrists are shackled to the floor with heavy chains. His movement is severely restricted, adding to his feeling of helplessness and confinement. He tests the strength of the chains, pulling against them with his limited strength, but they don't budge. The cold metal of the manacles digs into his skin, a constant reminder of his captivity.

Hange and Levi stride into the area where Porco's cell is, their faces serious and determined. They approach the door to his cell, their eyes locking onto the injured Warrior who is now their prisoner. As the two of them came into view, Porco immediately tenses, his gaze locking onto them with a mixture of stubbornness and apprehension. Knowing who they are, he can guess what they want from him.

They stop outside the cell, their eyes scanning Porco, taking in his condition. Levi's expression is hard and unreadable, while Hange appears more contemplative, studying the young Warrior.
They remain silent, simply looking at him for a moment before Hange speaks, her voice calm and composed. „Porco Galliard.", she says, addressing him by his full name. „We have some questions for you."
Porco, despite his fatigue and pain, glares at them defiantly. He grits his teeth before replying. „And I don't have any answers for you." He retorts, his tone biting and almost hostile.

Hange expected this response. She takes a step forward, her eyes never leaving Porco's face. „That's where you're wrong. We know you have information that could be very useful to us."
Levi, staying silent for now, leans against the wall beside the cell door, his eyes never leaving Porco. His expression is stern, yet there's a hint of curiosity behind the stoic facade.
Porco, despite his weakened state, meets Hange's gaze with a fierce one. „I've got nothing to say to you.", he repeats, his voice a bit hoarse. „You think I'll just give up information about Marley because you've chained me up?"

Hange's lips press into a thin line, her patience with Porco's stubbornness wearing thin. „You don't have much of a choice. You're our prisoner now. We have ways to make you talk."

Just as the tension in the room reaches a peak, you suddenly appear outside the cell door, your eyes wide and filled with worry. You try to enter but Levi steps in front of you, blocking your path.
„You can't go in there." Levi says to you, his voice firm. He looks at the distressed look on your face and his expression softens just a bit, but his stance doesn't waver.
„But Levi.", you plead, your eyes moving towards Porco, „I need to see him!"
Levi's gaze follows yours and lands on Porco who has also turned his gaze towards the door, his eyes filled with mixed feelings. He understands your concern but also knows that allowing you into the cell could complicate things.
The captain takes a deep breath, his eyes returning to you .
„You can't. He's a prisoner, Y/N. We can't risk him using you against us."

Your expression turn from pleading to frustrated, your fists clenching at your sides. „He won't do that." You retort, your voice strained. „I know him. He needs me, Levi, please..."
Levi regards you for a moment, your argument tugging at his emotions. But years of experience and the weight of duty override his sentimentality. „I'm sorry. It's too risky." He says softly but resolute.

Your emotional plea fails to sway Levi. His expression remains stoic and focused, and he gently, yet firmly, sends you away.
„I understand your attachment to him. But he's our prisoner now, and your presence could be a liability. I won't risk it."
You cast one last, imploring look at Porco, your eyes reflecting your worry and helplessness. You know there's no point in arguing with Levi, not when he's made up his mind. With a heavy heart, you take a last look at Porco and reluctantly leave the cell area.

After you have left, Hange starts talking. Her eyes take in Porco's battered form, the evident pain, and the stubbornness still present in his expression.
„I'm curious.", she begins, her eyes narrowing slightly. „What is the nature of your relationship with Y/N?"

„You want to know what happened with Y/N, huh? Fine. I'll tell you how your precious little soldier's life was saved by a Marleyan dog, while your esteemed Captain Levi couldn't get off his ass and come help her himself."
Levi's eyes flashes with anger at Porco's mocking tone, his muscles tensing as he prepares to retaliate, but Hange motions for him to hold back, intrigued by Porco's confession.
„What's wrong, Ackerman? Frustrated that you couldn't protect Y/N from the big, bad Marleyans?"

Levi's eyes harden at Porco's goading, and he takes a step forward, his fists clenched tightly by his sides.
„Don't push your luck, Galliard. You're walking a thin line right now. One more word from you, and you'll find yourself getting a whole lot more than you bargained for."
„Oh, I'm shaking. What are you going to do, Ackerman? Kick my ass? I'd love to see you try."
