I went straight to my parents home. And I know It was going to be a hell of a time.
" Aaron where were you ?!" My dad yelled.
" Dad she--"
" How could you leave the court like that?!"
" Dad hear me out --"
" Aaron, do you have any idea what you have done?! You disrespected the court , the judge, your lawyers everyone."
" I know --"
" You know?! That's it?! Do you know what can happen?! "
" Dad she was in danger."
" You are now!"
" Dad I know who was behind all this--"
" Aaron, are you not getting me?! Why the hell did you leave the court?!"
" She was in trouble, she needed my help, someone was --"
" Aaron?! My question was why did you leave the court?! "
" She --"
" What she?! You could have sent anyone to help her , the police, anyone! The court would have helped you , why did you go?!"
" Dad, how can you say that? She was in trouble, because of me, I needed to be there for her."
" Because of you?! You could have told the police , even if you would have told me , I could have arranged some help. How can you leave like that? You created a scene at the court. Why did you yell at her?!"
" She did all this. Melisa was behind this!"
" Aaron stop it. You would have won today, everything would have been over. But no, you spoilt it, she spoilt it."
" Jason, easy." My mother interrupted.
" I know it was a little harsh, I shouldn't have left like that, but I couldn't do anything, my brain stopped working. I only knew I wanted to save her."
" That's what you do. Aaron. You don't understand when and where to stop. That's what happened with Melisa and now with Nina."
" What do you mean dad?"
" You don't get me? I think you do."
I looked at him, trying to digest the thought he was thinking in his mind.
" Are you sure Nina is not the new Melisa?"
" Dad!"
" Don't shout at me. What if she had not done that by her choice? What if she is with Melisa? To destroy you?"
" Dad, stop! I know Nina."
" You knew Melisa too."
" No!"
" Do you understand? You could have won today. But you didn't. Why?"
" Because of Melisa."
" Because of your love. You always choose the wrong person to love. And because of that everyone has to suffer."
" Nina is not Melisa."
" Aaron!" My dad yelled as I stormed out of the house banging the door behind. My mother tried to stop me but I couldn't listen to that shit anymore.
I wanted her name to pop on my phone right at this moment. But then I recalled that she doesn't have her phone anymore. I immediately arranged that for her.

I was thinking about calling him. Just to make sure that he went straight home and to ask about after. I had no phone, thanks to Melisa. Just after some time, my door bell rings. I opened the door to receive a parcel.
" Miss Nina Brown?"
" Yeah that's me "
" Who's there?" My dad came out.
" We have a delivery."
" From?"
" Mr. Wesley."
" It's from Aaron."
I bounced after hearing his name. I wrapped opened the box in the living room immediately.
" It's a new phone! "
" What?"
" Yeah, he -- wait it has a note."
' This is for you , darling.
Call me as soon as you get it. I am waiting. '
I immediately ran upstairs and called him.

" New phone huh?"
" Yeah, did you like it?"
" Ofcourse I did, but you didn't have to--"
" Darling."
" Yes?"
" How are you?"
" I am good, Aaron, how's everything?"
" Okay."
" Aaron? Are you telling the truth?"
" Yeah, I will manage. I will get the new dates."
" Sure?"
" Yeah."
" Aaron, I love you." I was so overwhelmed.
" Are you crying? Baby?" He asked softly.
" No , I am not."
" Should I come?"
" No, no, I was just saying, no one's ever had me, not like you, no one 's ever done something like that for me. How can you-?"
" Nina, darling, I love you. Did you hear me, I love you."
" I love you too."
" Do you want to go out somewhere? Tomorrow?"
" Yeah, let's go."
" Okay, I will come pick you up, our 4 pm okay?"
" Okay. Done. You will bring your car? Right?"
" Yeah "
" Okay."
" See you tomorrow."
" Yes."

The next day , I got ready to see him. I got into my favourite jeans and tank top and a leather jacket. I was still doing my makeup, thinking I will hear the horn of his car as he comes down. It's been a long time, he is never late. I couldn't hear his horn. Instead I heard sounds as if someone was accelerating their motorcycle.
" Aaron is here Nina."
My mom called me.
" Aaron?"
I ran downstairs outside my house. And what I saw was unbelievable. The man who I have never seen without a car was right now sitting on a motorcycle?
" Oh my God, Aaron?! What is this?"
He was looking so handsome with that jacket and sunglasses on his motorcycle.
" Wanna hop on my motorcycle? Fuck, I can't say that right. "
We both laughed together.
" No, seriously what is this?"
" It's a motorcycle."
" I can see that. How come? You have a motorcycle? "
" Yeah, it's mine."
" I never heard you mentioned this bad boy."
" Well, I have secrets."
" Okay "
" Come on, please join."
I smiled and was preparing myself to sit behind him.
" Wait what are doing?"
" What? Did I do something wrong?"
" Yes "
" What?"
" Why are you sitting behind me?"
" What do you mean? You want me to come right? "
" Ofcourse, but not behind me."
He shifted himself behind to make some space.
" Here"
" What?!" I chuckled.
" You want be to sit here?"
" Yeah, I want to hold you as I ride."
" You are joking right?!"
I was giggling.
" No, sit here "
" Don't be childish, how would you see the road?"
" Nina, I could see everything even if you stand in front of me. This is nothing."
" Are making fun of my height?"
I glared at him folding my hands.
" Not at all. I mean to say, it would cause no problem for me. Please?"
" Okay "
I sat in front of him. His long strong arms were right next to me.
" Let's go?"
" Yeah rider."
" Haha, be ready for the best ride of your life."
" I am."
The winds started blowing on my face, my head rested on his chest. His head was right above mine. He removed his sunglasses and placed it on me.
" I feel amazing!" I said in excitement.
" Me too " he kissed my hair.
He took me all the way to a sunset point right up the hills.

" Oh my God, Aaron, it's beautiful."
" Yes it is." He looked at my lighted up face.
" Come on sit next to me "
He sat down first facing the sunset.
He pulled right next to him. I snuggled into him. We stared the sunset for a while.
" Listen, can I ask you something?"
" Yeah?"
" Why did you bring the motorcycle today instead of your car?"
" I thought, you would like it."
" No, I loved it. I didn't mean it that way. I meant, like --"
" I knew that you didn't want to sit in a car, after that event, at least not this early, so I opted for something else. "
" How did you know?"
" When you asked me yesterday, if I was going to bring my car."
" How do you do it? Everytime."
He smiled at me.
" Aaron, I didn't want to bring it up, but --"
" Say it."
" Everything is alright? Right?"
" Yeah."
" See!"
" What?"
" Your tone, I know something is wrong and you are not telling me. I asked you yesterday too! I know Aaron, tell me , what is it?"
" Nina, I don't want to spoil our mood. I will tell you later okay?"
" No, you never tell me! I want hear it. What's happening?"
" I , I had a fight with my dad."
" Why?"
He stopped talking.
" Aaron, why?"
" Nothing, I don't think we should miss this sunset, talking about negative things okay? "
" Aaron, why?"
" Nina--"
" I will go home, if you don't tell me."
He looked at me.
" Aaron, why?"
" Because, I left the court."
" Oh? It's because of me, didn't it? I am so sorry."
" No it's not because of you, it's just a fight Because I didn't behave."
" I am sorry "
" Don't be. It's not your fault."
I hugged him.
" Is there anything else?"
" No."
" Aaron?"
" No, its fine, I will talk it out with him."
" Okay."
" Now can we look at the sunset?" He said
" Yeah." I smiled
" Do you remember how desperate we were to break this marriage?" He said
" Yeah." I giggled.
" And look at us now, desperately trying to fix it "
" Right. I don't want to lose you Aaron."
" Me too."
" But you still haven't asked me to marry you."
" What do you mean?"
" Hey! You haven't asked me yet. If you don't ask me, I am not marrying you at all, you get it?"
" Yes baby."
" Good."
We kissed at the sunset.
" I love you Nina."
" I love you too, Aaron."
